Bring your family and get ready to reconnect. Relax while the kiddos enjoy abundant opportunities for outdoor fun.
Peaceful, year-round home with 100' private, direct lakefront and 24' dock in wooded lot on Lake Ivanhoe. Hear the loons and enjoy the wildlife. Great fishing lake. Relax from the deck, dock, new screen room, raft, or child-friendly, walk-in sandy beach. Open floor plan with windows that overlook lake but are surrounded by trees for natural privacy, and perfect southwestern exposure. New dishwasher, new gas stove, new refrigerator and new furnace. New windows. New wrap-around deck. Newish hardwood floors, working fireplace. Ceiling fans in main room and bedrooms. King bedroom and two twin bunk beds upstairs. Rest of lower level has third bedroom with king bed, and a large TV room with two sofas and half-bath, and walk-out to lake. Gas grill, fire-pit with 6 chairs and free super-high speed, gigabit Wi-Fi inside and outside. Town with welcoming restaurants and full supermarket is 5 miles away, Wolfeboro is 20 minutes and North Conway & White Mountains are 45 minutes. Enjoy nature and the slower pace from a comfortable home!

The property is not a good fit for someone that is not comfortable with an older home and its nuances. It’s a rustic, low-key , 50-year old lakefront home surrounded by trees, chipmunks, insects, etc. It's a well-loved place enjoyed by many families--some of the same families over the years because it's relatively upgraded, clean, and has great, private waterfront. It's still a campy NH place. The kitchen is open concept but on the smaller side with smaller stovetop and frig (bar frig downstairs). If you are seeking a different experience, or have questions, please let us know. Owner is responsive, reasonable and courteous, but high-maintenance guests are not a good fit.

• 2023 new 16x20 deck with screen room and cushioned, outside seating for 6. (picture coming soon)
• 2023 added doors to the outdoor shower --of course with hot and cold water
• 2023 new curtains in main room and floor runners
• 2021 new windows
• addition of two kayaks: two-person and a one-person
• new deck
• new outdoor lighting--dimmable or bright
• Restored seats for existing canoe and rowboat, new paddles and oars--5 total watercraft including paddleboard
• Two separate dining areas--enjoy 6 seat picnic for family meals on the deck, but still be able to getaway for a bite at lakefront
• Additional seating and lounging furniture lakefront
• More outdoor games: horseshoes, ring-toss and cornhole
• New glassware and dishes
• New set of Cuisinart pots and pans, including lobster pot
• Simpler control of Sonos indoor and outdoor music system
• Simpler TV control --all 3 bedrooms and both common rooms
• Completed landscaping for completely walkable lakeside area
• Crafts for the kiddos
NOTE: cameras are used in the driveway and inside utility room for safety and in case of any mechanical problems, but there are no cameras in the living area or beach area.

Beautiful spot on Lake Ivanhoe. My family had a great time. Christian is a very attentive host and communication was excellent.

My stay was absolutely the most relaxing I have ever been in a long long time! My family enjoyed every second ! The place was beautiful! The owner was accommodating amd communicative in everway . He thought of everything for your stay !

This house has everything you need for a weekend getaway. Christian was WONDERFUL. Quick to respond to questions and over communicative about the house. He also went above and beyond to return a stuffed animal that my son left at the house.My family, including our dog, had a great weekend getaway. Highlights included a well built fire pit, gas grill and floating dock perfect for sitting and drinking coffee. The lake is quiet and peaceful. The house was also really well equipped with TVs/internet, which our kids appreciated. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to get away and we look forward to returning.
