About this house rental
1902 home impeccably renovated with all modern luxury amenities and located on the best street in Boulder. Situated in the exclusive Mapleton Hill neighborhood, this home is a 5min walk to the restaurants and shopping of Pearl Street and four blocks from the Sanitas Trailhead, Boulder's most iconic hiking trail.
The spacious modern interior flows onto wrap-around porches in both the front and rear of the home creating plenty of indoor/outdoor spaces from which to relax. A perfect home base from which to enjoy Boulder living. The main home is three stories (4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths), finished basement with games, and is best suited for families.
We also have an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and a hot tub with views of the Flatirons.
Eldora Ski Resort is 35 minutes from Boulder and Vail, Winter Park & Breckenridge are a few hours drive. The University of Colorado CU Campus is a 15-minute walk.

What a beautiful property, on a simply charming street. Mapleton Hill was as advertised, and the time we spent here will not be forgotten. Biking in and around Boulder, the tree lined streets. The friendly, engaging community was fantastic. The house itself is welcoming and warm. The art and decor were thoughtful and inspiring, and you can tell the family has a wonderful connection to one another and the area. The loft in the detached farmhouse was well appointed and each bedroom had its own distinct character and charm. Thank you for the welcome message and gift, which really set the tone for a relaxed stay.
Would always check here before anywhere else when I return to Boulder.

Had a great stay in a wonderful neighborhood - neighbors were lovely and a quick walk to downtown and the parks! Highly recommend.
