About this villa rental
The villa is divided into three floors and covers 150 sq. m. in total, situated in a plot of 2.100 sq. m. and it can accommodate six guests in its three bedrooms and up to eight guests if necessary.
The Villa is a perfect holiday destination for couples, families with children or groups of friends and it's a short distance to the nearest shops and just a short drive away from the beach and Rethymno town.
Layout
Ground Floor
Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is an open plan area combining the living room and dining area.
Floor-to-ceiling glass balcony doors offer nature and pool views and ample sunlight. The split-level living room features a large corner sofa, 43’’ Smart TV with a Playstation 4 Pro console, Netflix, bluetooth speaker and a coffee table on one side, while the fireplace, and another two sofas are on the other side. The dining area provides seating for six guests.
The fully equipped kitchen is situated on the ground level with its branded appliances, equipment, water filter and cookware for a self catered holiday. The kitchen features an island with four electric hobs and a free hanging vent hood along with a kitchen table for six.
Finally, a WC and the laundry area with a washing machine , an iron and dryer can be found on the ground level.
From the kitchen there is direct outdoor access to the pool terrace.
First Floor bedroom:
King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with shower, Air conditioning, open Closet, and terrace with direct view to the pool area and the mountains.
Ground Floor:
The Ground floor features two bedrooms.
- Master: King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), common bathroom with shower and double sink, Air conditioning, Walk in closet, Desk space, Direct access to a private balcony with nature views.
- King size bed (1,80 x 2,20), common bathroom with shower, Air conditioning, Walk in closet, and terrace with direct access to large balcony with pool and nature views.
Outdoor area
The exterior of Villa Moly Agia Triada covers 150 m2 and offers:
- A private, 49 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,50m deep also childrens pool 0.50m. The pool may heated upon advance request with an additional daily charge (Advance notice at least three days before arrival).
- The pool area is equipped with sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower,poof and umbrellas.
- Outdoor kitchen with a sink and charcoal BBQ with a dining table for six.
- Οutdoor dining area for 10 guests by pool shaded under a pergola
- Parking space for 2 cars under olive trees.
- Lawn covered area, fruit and olive trees surround the property
- The whole villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.
Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoors and outdoors!
Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
Temperature Range
Pool heating aims to maintain a maximum of 26 °C, depending on outdoor weather conditions.
Recommended Usage Months
Heating is generally offered during March to mid-June and October to November.
Advance Notice Required
Please provide at least 3 days’ notice prior to arrival to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature.
Heating Fee
Pool heating is available at an additional cost of €50/day.
Minimum Booking Period
Heating must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Weather Limitations
Heating does not operate when:
Outdoor temperature exceeds 25 °C
Rainy or unstable weather conditions
Please note that a pool cover is not available, which may affect heat retention.
Climate Crisis Resilience Charge
As of January 1, 2024, a Greek environmental tax applies:
€4/night from April to October
€2/night from November to March
The charge is payable in cash upon arrival.
Year-Round Comfort
The villa is open all year round, equipped with:

Additional Sleeping Arrangements
Please note that the 7th and 8th guests can be accommodated on the sofa beds in the living room area.

Enjoyed our stay very much! House is great in a suberb location. Host is super friendly and helpful. If you want some tranquility but still be close to everything - go here! Also perfect with kids!

The villa is beautiful and very well looked after by Michael who was extremely welcoming and looked after us so well. There is lots of space both inside and out. The surroundings are quite remote and very peaceful.
A car is essential when staying here but shops and restaurants are only a 10 minute drive away.

she's just gorgeous, well thought with air conditioning at each room, very well equipped internally and externally . We liked every light around the swimming and we enjoyed very much the decoration. The view is great and the villa is very quiet. We are delighted to have had a dream week.

Everything was perfect! At First, Michael is really a lovely person, all you need he gives or he tries to make in sort you are happy.. We are happy to meet him and it was a pleasure to exchange easily with him too. He invests himself a lot and for that A BIG THANK. In Second what can we see about this villa?shes just gorgeous, well thought with air conditioning at each room, very well equipped internally and externally . We liked every light around the swimming and we enjoyed very much the decoration. The view is great and the villa is very quiet.
