This is a lovely property in a quiet neighborhood with quick, easy walking access to Kelly State Beach and the Coastal trail, and the quaint HMB street with has lovely shops and great restaurants. The kitchen was superbly equipped, and the house is spacious.

We loved staying here! The house was conveniently located and easily accessed. Ocean View Park next to the house was a big plus for our 9 year old granddaughter. There was enough space for 7 family members to spread out downstairs in the living room, music room, dining room, kitchen, and morning room, where our granddaughter slept. We would definitely recommend this property!

This house was the perfect place for our family to gather, dress for the wedding, relax, unwind and sleep after multiple days of activities at nearby the OVY campgrounds. It was roomy and thoughtfully stocked with books for all interests including for the little one, not to mention the playground next door. The separate area for reading or quiet chatting away from the TV room was very appreciated, plus the beautifully landscaped backyard and sauna. We were so grateful and thrilled with this venue.

The home is very nice size, and has all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The back yard is very large and very nicely landscaped. It was so relaxing to sit and look out at. The home is walkable to the beach, which was so fun to do with our family and dogs. So many shells were collected. We sincerely appreciate the owners allowing us to bring our three elderly dogs. It was very comforting to have them with us and enjoy a time away in a beautiful setting!

The place had all the amenities and the sauna was a bonus! We played two days of golf at Halfmoon bay and rested at home relaxing in the sauna, played music and just enjoyed the house. Thx. Only downfall was a response from the owner and reply time was bit slow. Otherwise it was perfect getaway.

As the title says this very much felt like a home away from home - we were delighted to be able to enjoy it with our own family. There is a playground d next door which you can see from the back garden. Some reviews commented that perhaps there should be some screening. As long as you know it’s there I disagree. It’s a perfect spot for parents and grandparents to keep their eye on grandchildren playing in the park! Keith, thanks so much for all your help with booking! We d love to return!

Really appreciated our stay in your home. This was a poignant time for our family and friends to honor and celebrate our mom's life. And especially to highlight my mom's community in Half Moon Bay. This home did not disappoint and was a very welcoming place to return to each evening as we came "home" from my mom's funeral and then doing the work to move out of her home over on Myrtle. The house is more spacious than what the pictures on VRBO reveal. Also, the home is conveniently located near many amenities (e.g., the playground is right next door and the beach is only a couple of blocks.) This rental is ideal for families and family gatherings. The owners were kind enough to let me host my mom's 70th birthday dinner party at their place, which were so appreciative for. Thank you, Keith!

House is a 5min walk to the bluffs on the coast and walkable distance to the heart of Half moon bay. Kitchen was well stocked. The backyard is super cute. We really appreciated having 3.5 bathrooms. The house is truly RIGHT next to the park. I think the house could benefit from some additional privacy hedges, but it's no big deal

We enjoyed this property very much. Unlike the other rentals that might photoshop their images, the reverse is true here. The place is better in person than the photos. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and large this place was. It’s very clean, has a quirky layout with quirky items. It feels like a home converted to a rental so there are interesting items in the house to explore such as decor, books, games and a record player, which we thoroughly enjoyed listening to one evening. (Ella Fitzgerald, Paul Simon, Fleetwood Mac and John Lennon to name a few). We loved sitting in the back garden and patio among all the beautiful plants and flowers that are well taken care of. We personally enjoyed having a children’s playground next door as it provided lively sounds of a good time being had. Lastly, the location can’t be beat. It’s in the heart of the neighborhood. Walk outside and turn right and walk straight to Half Moon Bay Coastal Trail for walks atop the cliffs and beach. Twenty minute walk in the other direction takes you to main street with novelty shops and restaurants. Pro-Tip - we were there for a wedding and several of us needed to get ready at the same time. The upstairs bathroom has Jack and Jill sinks and one long, large mirror - this came in very handy accommodating everyone.

Our kids walked around upon arrival declaring “this is so nice!” The location was wonderful, a sweet neighborhood with a fantastic park and playground right next store. Our family felt very comfortable staying in this home for 10 days! It was walking distance to a family wedding and central to all the exploring we wanted to do. We had breakfast in the garden each morning. Our three professional musicians enjoyed the added bonus of the grand piano, as well as the vinyls and turntable. The beds were extremely comfortable! The kitchen was flully stocked- with much more than most rentals ever provide. And the water filtration system was a wonderful surprise! The playground next to this home was one of the busiest I have seen. The joyful sounds from the young ones was much more abundant than the occasional screams and yelks that were a bit startling at times. This home had everything we needed - and much more! - for a nice, long family vacation!
