Appartement très confortable et bien décoré.

Super séjour la location est très propre et vraiment bien située (5min à pied plage) de plus l environnement est calme et familial.
La place de parking est un plus non négligeable.
Mais le petit plus qui fait la différence c est la terrasse avec vue direct sur le canal avec les bateaux qui passent .
Bon séjour avec le soleil et la chaleur .

Appartement très bien équipé, accueil sympathique, personnel réactif . La place de parking est un plus ainsi que la proximité de la plage. Seul petit bémol, la conception de l'immeuble ne permet pas de disposer d’une grande isolation phonique. En conclusion : à recommander.

Das Apartment liegt direkt am Kanal, fast alle Boote die aufs Meer wollen, müssen am Balkon vorbei fahren. Das ist schön. Und die Klimaanlage ist positiv.
Der Rest ist schlecht!
Check-in trotz Anfrage nicht früher sondern noch später als vereinbart. Die Toilette nicht richtig gereinigt. Im Bad neben der Dusche die Haare der letzten 20 Vormieter. Durch die Entwässerung der Balkontür kommen Ameisen in die Wohnung. Das Hause sehr hellhörig, wenn der erste aufsteht sind alle wach oder Ohrenstöpsel benutzen. Satellit hat nur französische Sender.
Die Vermieterin hat einen Verwalter, sie selber war wahrscheinlich schon ewig nicht mehr in der Wohnung. Meine Kritik hat sie nicht verstanden.
