About this apartment rental
High season rental of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
Magnificent penthouse located a few meters from the beach of "la Rubina" and next to the natural park of "Aiguamolls de l'Empordà".
The flat is located on the third floor and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds in bunk bed format.
Leaving the bedrooms we find the corridor where we can access the toilet, equipped with shower; the dining room, equipped with flat screen TV and satellite. In the dining room there is a sofa-bed for two children or one adult.
The kitchen is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar and can also be accessed from the corridor. It has utensils for 6 people and is equipped with dishwasher, 4-ring gas hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer, electric coffee maker and microwave.
We can also enjoy any of the 2 balconies that the flat has. One faces north-east, located just above the moorings and the canal, with views of the mountains and the natural park. The other faces south-east with splendid views of the Rubina beach and the Gulf of Roses.
Additional information
The minimum stay, outside high season, is 2 nights. Prices are for the entire accommodation, regardless of the number of people staying. Reduced rates from 7 nights onwards.
Prices do not include the tourist tax. This tax must be paid by means of a payment link that we will send you before your arrival.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the prices and are not obligatory, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen. If you wish, they are available for rent upon reservation (minimum 24 hours in advance).
Price of bed linen rental: 10€ per bed.
Towel rental (one hand towel and one bath towel): 5€ per person.
Cot rental price: Subject to availability. Free of charge.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich: eine Terrasse mit Blick auf die Kanäle mit Bootsleben, die zweite Terrasse - mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand ist in nur 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. In der Wohnung hat an Nichts gefehlt, außer vielleicht des Wasserkochers und der Waschmaschine. Es gab aber in der Nähe ein Waschsalon mit Selbstbedienung.
Ein Super Familienurlaub trotz Corona Zeiten!

Bel appartement avec deux terrasses une qui donne sur les canaux et une qui donne sur la mer et la plage!!! La plage est à 50m. Belle exposition et vue dégagée.
Il manque des verres à vin et des bols en cuisine sinon tout est parfait

Der Zustand der Wohnung war gut. Jedoch war das Hochbett leider so Tief das, die Person die unten schlafen muss keinen Platz hat um sich gerade zu aufzurichten und falls man dann einmal unachtsam ist, spürt man nur noch die Harte Holzkante am seinem Kopf(was sehr schmerzhaft ist). Das Apartment ist nah am Wasser aber dafür auf der ganz anderen Seite von Empuriabrava von der man locker mal eine Halbe Stunde zur Stadt läuft. Bis auf die Enge Küche und die nicht vorhandene Waschmaschine gibt es an der Wohnung nichts zu meckern. Doch falls ihr euch das Apartment Mietet passt auf denn der Makler wollte uns erst unsere Kaution nicht wieder geben, weil wir in einem Zimmer nicht gefegt haben und wir noch Essen was wir nicht wegschmeißen wollten in der Küche gelassen haben.
