Nice lakefront house with spectacular water views! Older (and well used) house, but the views help make up for it. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. 1 full (recently remolded) bathroom upstairs. Small half bathroom downstairs in den area. Kitchen fully equipped with big appliances. Backyard has firepit with 4 chairs. Communication with owners is amazing! Very prompt and professional.

While our plans ended up changing quite a bit, the house was lovely and being right in the lake in a quiet part of the city was wonderful. Everything you could hope to have available to you is here, and what isn’t is communicated clearly ahead of time. While it was really hot outside, the house has AC and the lake of course offers great ways to cool off. Really great location and lovely space. I already let friends know at work that if they are thinking about a trip to Laconia, they really can’t do better than renting this house!

Great house and we enjoyed our time there. No complaints at all.

House was clean and comfy. Check in and out was simple and seamless. Kitchen well equipped and grill on deck made it easy to cook nightly and enjoy the lake view. Hosts made sure we had everything we needed, including a last minute addition to their kitchen appliances!
