Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located property located just across from the famous Winnisquam sandbar. Main Floor - eat in kitchen, two bedrooms (each with queen beds), living room, full bath. Upstairs with sloped ceiling - full bed & two twin beds. Please note that the stairs are antique and steep. Finished Basement - bedroom (queen bed), full bath, family room & laundry room. Please note that the stairs down to basement are also antique and steep. Large front farmers porch, Large back deck with grill, Backyard - fire pit Approx 1500 square feet Entire house & yard (not garage) Driveway has parking for 4 cars, A short walk across the bridge to Winnisquam County Store for anything you may have forgotten. Had a wonderful stay. Such a nice home. The hosts thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend it and the location was great. So close to the lake with a beautiful view.

Magical…..just like our last stay, at this property!Even had a few picturesque snow storms! Really took us back in time, to our childhoods.The owners are super as well!

Very comfortable with everything and some , that a guest would need! Tons of storage, also! I would highly recommend staying there!Owners even had a xmas tree and lights put up, for us!Very nice stay!Thank you,Barbara and John
