This three story townhouse condominium features four bedrooms with two full and one half bathroom, an open first floor with spacious dining room living room and eat in kitchen. The second floor has the master bedroom with a private master bath. The second full bathroom is also located on the second floor with another bedroom and queen size bed. The third floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other with two twins. The unit has full laundry.

We had a reunion of the whole family at South Down and the Eagle Drive property was a terrific addition. Our condo nearby was base camp and it was super easy to get everyone together.

This property was ideal for what we were looking for in a lakeside getaway, and the owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The house itself was immaculate and had everything we could have possibly needed for a comfortable stay. It was hard to leave!
The community itself is also particularly special because it provides easy access to the fun tourist attractions of the lakes regions but also provides peace and quiet within the private neighborhoods and less busy community amenities, like the shared beach, tennis and pickleball courts, and green belt. We would highly recommend this listing and the owner. We hope to be back again!
