We offer short term rentals of our one bedroom apartment suite, which accommodates a maximum of 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and no children).

The apartment is fully furnished for your enjoyable vacation in the beautiful Niagara Falls. It is located:

This one bedroom apartment was perfect for the three of us (An adult and two teens) while visiting Niagara Falls and Toronto area. The place was clean and the shower had good water pressure. There is no dishwasher, washer or dryer but we were fine with that. I do wish there were bread knifes or knifes that were sharp enough to slice bread but that’s a small thing. The hosts were very nice and responsive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we were ever in the area again.

This property was acceptable for our short stay. Bathroom was laid out well. Did find that it may not have been cleaned as thoroughly as expected (hair around sink). However, clean otherwise. I would recommend that they note the use of micro fibre sheets and the kitchen was a very small space. As well, would recommend that the incline of the stairs is noted. They are quite steep. Great communication from the hosts! They were responsive and helpful..

Our stay at Stan and Sylvia’s was exactly as we had hoped. The unit was small and simple, but perfectly appointed, very clean, and in a fantastic location. Only a short drive to all the major attractions, but tucked away in a little neighborhood where you could still walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit Stan and Sylvia's place again when we return to the Niagara Falls area. Many thanks to our accommodating hosts!!

This quaint little apartment is on the second floor facing south. Lots of sunshine, very clean, had a full kitchen and it’s welcoming. Full privacy, parking, and the hosts are extremely polite. I recommend this place to anyone going to Niagara Falls and the region!!! Loved our stay.

The bed might be a little small for some people but it was perfect for us and one of the more comfier places we have stayed at. Pretty small space but it had everything we needed and was in a great location

This apartment is small but perfect for two people. Renovated and very clean. Many amenities are available in the apartment (from kitchen to shower items). On site parking is a plus. You can get to Niagara-on-the-lake in about 20 minutes - so many wineries to choose from! You can walk to the falls from here (a good 30 minutes) although we took our car, a 5 minute drive and paid parking is easy to find. The white water walkway is close by - very impressive. Property managers were always easy to reach and very helpful.

We stayed for 1 week. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Stan and Sylvia lived on the first floor of the house. So it is very easy to communicate with them. The minor drawback was that the kitchen and "dining room" were small. But for 2 persons, it was OK. So globally, we are very pleased with our stay.

My daughter and I stayed at the property for 2 nights during her weekend soccer tournament. Not only was the apartment newly renovated, but it was also spotless. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom shower was superb. The only thing better was meeting Sylvia, the owner. What a delightful person!

A Comfortable, clean and cozy home. 10 minute driving distance to Clifton Hill/Niagara falls and Canadian/American border. Owners were so kind and accommodating and responded to emails within 12 hours. Stayed here for a total of 8 months and felt very much at home. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay for short term or long term.

We loved our stay here, it is a short drive everywhere you would want to go if you’re a tourist. Then the apartment is located by a laundromat if you need to do laundry while there. The kitchen has everything you’d need if you were at home, Stan and Sylvia are great host and they offer pamphlets for ideas on attractions to do to give you ideas. Also parking by the falls for military families or veterans is free for future guests to know! It was a great stay, we would plan on staying here again if we make it back to the falls! Nice clean place with a kitchen and ac. Easy parking in a quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to the falls. A little far to walk for us. When we went in town we used the 10.00 parking lot with all day in and out privileges and free shuttle to the falls. Worked out great.

Stan is extremely nice! There were 3 of us traveling, my husband and teenage son. The apartment fit us but will admit you couldn't have fit a 4th person and we didn't do anything in the apartment except sleep for 2 nights for about 8 hours. I would stay again if it were only my husband and myself! The place was very clean though and much cheaper than staying in a hotel!

Our overall experiences was great. The space was clean and the hosts open. The only thing that was of some concern was the sofa bed which had a medal bar down the middle that pushed up through the mattress making it difficult to lay comfortably and spread out. Besides that it was just what we needed for a simple, convient stay. Thank you!!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was unseasonably warm during our stay but there was an a/c unit in both the bedroom and living area so we were very comfortable. It was a clean, comfortable place to stay. We didn’t get to meet the hosts face to face but they made themselves easily accessible should we have needed them & were quick to respond to messages. Over all a good experience & a pleasant stay!

Reminds me of staying at my grandma's as a kid. Showed up in the middle of the night and the host was nice enough to show me in because I was too dumb to figure it out myself. Joking aside, the host was very responsive, would stay again. It is a bit of a walk to the falls, but you're probably savvy enough to get an Uber

Very nice and cozy apartment with friendly owners. Apartment located in quiet neighborhood, close to attractions. It's not a walking distance but a short drive. This place has a kitchen with pots and pans and everything you need to cook for yourself. We traveled with a toddler and a kitchen was a lifesaver for us. Owner helped us with maps and directions to attractions. The only thing that we did not like is that bedroom did not have an AC. You need to keep door to living room open to get some fresh air. Otherwise great place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls. Thanks to owners, we had a great time there.

This is a nice, affordable place to stay away from the tourist traps of Niagara Falls, a short walk from the newly renovated and still growing residential downtown area. About a 25 minute walk to the Falls, if you keep a good pace. Owner was great about bringing me a fan at 10 p.m. because it was hot on the second floor and air conditioning didn't reach the bedroom. Clean and functional!!

My wife and I came across this place and decided to try it out at the end of May. We had a really great time. First the weather was amazing, the house is located very near to everything yet far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The apartment is small enough to be considered cozy while it had everything we needed. The owners, Stan and Sylvia, were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area, and they gave us lots of tips and points of interest. This is not a five star luxurious accommodation, but the value was excellent, and we recommend it to those of you looking for precisely that.
