IDEAL LOCATION- First floor condo w/12 ft ceilings has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Professionally decorated with granite throughout kitchen and baths, stainless steel appliances, 3 LCD flat screen TVs, 1+ garage, laundry room, eat in kitchen/dining room. Cozy front porch to enjoy year round. This Condo also offers exclusive amenities as part of the Quad, including a separate pool, outdoor grilling and relaxing sunbeds should you wish for more privacy. Wireless internet included, along with Netflix for our guests.

Just minutes from the beautiful beaches and the highly desirable Fifth and Third Avenue Shopping Districts that Naples has become famous for. Just one small block away is Ole Village Center, which is one of Lely Resort's newest neighborhoods where a village of Mediterranean styled condos clusters around the village center. The 20,000-square-foot village center amenities include a full-service concierge, bistro, English pub, Internet café, coffee shop, business center, library and a 90-seat movie theater with free popcorn! There is also a fitness center with lockers & showers, a separate aerobics/dance studio. The house is perfect for a family. Super clean and very quiet neighborhood.
Near to all type of store. Comfortable stay with a family.

Even though cut short because of the COVID19 Pandemic, our get away to Ole' was super nice! The condo is just beautiful and outfitted completely. I truly felt like I was in the owners own home. They have put their personal touch on everything! You could actually pack just your clothes and move right in. Beach/pool toys, golf clubs, complete kitchen; just perfect!
We will look forward to another trip to this condo!, Great job!

We loved this condo at friendly Ole. The neighborhood is beautiful and the condo is a short walk to the Village Center. We enjoyed several movies, used the gym and went to the Pub for the entertainment and food. We ate at the Bistro and it was great! I enjoyed walks especially by the park on Rialto! Having the private quad pool was the best feature. There was always chairs available and we made several friends. The condo and the entire neighborhood are very well maintained and clean. This condo is well equipped with everything you could need - we used the crockpot several times. Thank you Clayton and Kathy for sharing your beautiful home with us. Elaine and Dan
