Paradise vacation home well kept 1801 sq ft with garage access on 1st fl and all living space on 2nd floor. Room for 1 car in garage and also street parking. Ole Lely Resort Naples ,Fl. San Pablo B model condo 3 bdrm, room darkening shades, walk closet, printer, 2 bath with 1tub and 1 large tub with jets and shower handle. 2 showers. Double sink in Master with Juliet balcony and separate large patio.
1 King 1 queen 2 single and 2 single trundle washer dryer microwave dishwasher oven refrig wifi 4 smart TVs XBox, golf clubs, Full patio w/bkfast table and couches. Bicycles 8 beach chairs, cart, towels, beach umbrellas, rafts. Basketball court, tennis,pickleball, 24hr gym pub, movie theater, Salt walk in heated POOL with food and beverage service, hot tub volleyball. baci ball separate gated kiddie pool. Bikes and bike paths, hospital across street, Walmart, starbucks, Chipotle, Panera, Publix, Jersey Mikes and much more.15 min to Marco & Naples beach and downtown. Garage room for 1 car. 10 min off 75.
After booking, guest must contact Ole Lely resident services at [email protected] or 239-687-1400 to do a background check and fee of $100. This is a requirement of the community. If this is not done prior, it will delay your stay.......After approval ALL guests will get fingerprinted. This is to obtain use of all facilities. Code for front door and garage will be provided. Air conditioner can be kept at a reasonable temperature, but cannot be adjusted drastically during daily usage ex; 75 during day and 68 night.

Beautiful condo. Very clean and spacious, short walk to pool. Great amenities! Close to restaurants and East Naples Community Pickleball courts!
