Coral Falls is conveniently located in South Naples, between downtown Naples and Marco Island. This well manicured community is tucked away in a private and tranquil setting, which is easily accessible from 951/Collier Blvd. or 41/Tamiami Trail.
The condo has changed ownership (summer 2026) and undergone an entire transformation with new vinyl plank flooring, new furniture & decor throughout.
This 2 BR/2BA, 3rd floor condo (bldg. w/elevator) is tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything needed for a fantastic vacation experience. The unit boasts incredible views from its private screened lanai. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and provided us with ample space. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Master bed was very comfortable, and the towels were plush. The lanai overlooking over the pool was good place to relax after a full day. There were plenty of good walking paths around and a Publix nearby. I would highly recommend this unit.

This property would be perfect for a short term rental. 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately, we were there for 6 weeks and during the pandemic. We were scheduled for March and April but cut our trip short. The condo is in need of updating and not very comfortable for a long term stay.
The location of the property is great - easy to get anywhere you want to go.
You will be required to pay for and go through an extensive background check. Make sure you take care of this well in advance to avoid the "rush" fee.
The property manager is very good. She was attentive and always responded to issues we had with the condo.
