About this house rental
Experience breathtaking views, a spacious home, beautiful decor, Stadium Course westerly views, high ceilings with lots of windows, lots of parking!
Filled with modern artwork, Restoration Hardware Furniture, a billiards room, two huge fireplaces, and a gorgeous new kitchen with white quartz countertops, and white/grey shaker cabinets.
Enter through double doors to two story high ceilings and lots of windows, very light and bright ~ featuring contemporary furniture and modern artwork!!
Huge open kitchen with center island and breakfast bar as well as breakfast room with six chairs. All of the appliances are stainless steel and brand new,
Sweeping spectacular golf course, mountain & lake views.
The living room features a 75" smart T.V. with all the channels & apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, etc.
All four bedrooms are ensuite, two master bedrooms upstairs, and two guest bedrooms downstairs, one with double high ceilings & a fireplace.
The King suite has a ginormous bathroom and closet with a soaking tub and shower that fits let's say at least five people, lol. The walk-in closet is as big as a bedroom. One downstairs bedroom has extraordinarily high ceilings and a fireplace. All of the bedrooms have gorgeous contemporary designer furniture, the master has a king and the rest are queen beds.
Lots of towels, pool towels, sheets, etc. for your comfort. All of the bedding is designer, with washable duvets and comforters.
Gorgeous two story featuring an incredible west facing view overlooking the golf course and lake, pretty pool and spa and BBQ, as well as a larger heated community pool and Jacuzzi right next door, subject to pool rules (the Jacuzzi is heated 24/7) for free.
Head on West and South facing views of the Stadium Course at PGA West. There are six courses at PGA West, three of which are public: The Greg Norman Course, The Nicklaus Tournament Course and the TPC Stadium Course.

Karoline's home is just gorgeous. I've stayed at PGA West for 10 yrs and her home is definitely at the top of my list. Beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a huge bonus. Plush beds, soft towels, comforting aromas. The kitchen is amazingly stocked with anything you would need for a feast or to make a morning smoothie. The house is quite new and all details are freshly maintained. The back yard and pool are a great place to mellow out with views of the golf course. She's very quick to respond and assist with any needs or questions we had during our stay. I will definitely be back on my next trip. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a luxurious stay.

We are golfers and if you are this is the place to stay, right on the green of the 8th hole par 3. This home has a golf cart, pool, hot tub and so much more. There are TV's everywhere and 4 full baths, a bath in every bedroom so everyone has their own place to go!! The home was meticulous and has many amenities there, such as storage bags, aluminum foil, spices, filtered water right from the fridge, qtips, makeup remover pads, huge master walk in closet, his and her sides, soaps, tons of towels, paper towels and more.. you name it it was there. I love my protein shakes and there is a Ninja blender, plus all the pots and pans you will need. There is a pool table, great for a nighttime activity, and 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. The master bedroom had a balcony and you wake up to the sun glistening over the golf course. There is a community pool right next door with a hot tub, no one was there, very quiet neighborhood.
The best is Karoline, the owner.. she was fabulous. I texted her that the cart charger was not charging and the next day there was someone there to fix it. Hot Tub was not heating up and someone was there in minutes for a quick fix. Karoline is very attentive and there was definitely pride of ownership in this home.
We will be back!!
