Welcome to Rancho de Relaxo....the home we humbly believe to be the premier location to relax in southern California. All new top of the line, state of the art custom furniture, flooring, bedding and appliances.
This wonderfully constructed home is centrally located close to the private entry and clubhouse in the gorgeous Spanish Bay Development of PGA West. A completely detached 3350 square foot residence located on the 18th hole of The Nicklaus Tournament Course. From the moment you walk through the gate and view the well-appointed courtyard and lighted fountain you will agree this is THE place to entertain and relax. While we are sure you will want to golf and/or enjoy La Quinta and the surrounding area, after seeing the home, we suspect you will choose to spend some time in the home and enjoy your own private pebble-tec salt wated pool and spa overlooking the golf course in the backyard. It is a perfect spot to bar-b-que and watch the sun set down over the mountains. If you choose to stay inside, please enjoy our endless library of movies and music with a big screen HD television and sound system that plays throughout the home...inside and out! The backyard has a Palapa, BBQ and misters for outdoor living along with retractable glass doors that completely to marry the inside and out of this fantastic house so you can feel at one with this stunning environment. To top things off, adjacent to the Courtyard is a Casitas with including a queen bed and bunk beds as well as its own bathroom
Inside this beautiful home please take a moment to admire the work of the private client designer who put great effort into creating a living space that which is an experience unto itself. As you enter the home you will instantly be drawn to the polished wood flooring and the vast amount of light and space which seemingly incorporates the 18th hole of the Nicklaus course. To your left you will find a sitting room with glass doors opening to the casitas. Enjoy the designer furniture and our equine friend. Being the first time we stayed at this property, we didn’t know what to expect. It was lovely and exceeded our expectations! The unit had everything we needed - home away from home. The property manager was accessible and easy to work with. Already looking forward to next year.

Our family which is spread across the country met in Palm Springs - 3 adult couples and one toddler. The house was perfectly laid out for dinner, games and outside pool and lounge time. Plus we got to watch a lot of golfer tee off. the property manager was extremely helpful with information and house issues. We will be back again

My husband and I just spent a fabulous week in this pristine home. It has everything you could want and need for a couple or a larger group. Fully stocked kitchen, open floorplan, 3 en-suite bedrooms (1 is a large casita with a sitting room), pool table, large patio with plenty of seating and a pool and spa overlooking the 18th tee box of the Nicholas tournament course. We’d have happy hour watching the golfers then walk to Ernie's bar/grill for a bite.Absolutely stunning home In a great location…can’t wait to come back!

Just completed a stay at the property and was really disappointed that the AC did not work in the bedrooms and the casita. The temp in the casita was over 85 and we had people sleeping there. The property manager contacted us on our way to the property and gave us a heads up which was appreciated. They sent out a tech 3 days later but didn't fix the problem. We were out and about much of the time, so wasn't a big issue until it was time to go to bed. A bit disappointed in the kitchen as well. There is no icemaker and no extra fridge and the majority of the pots and pans need to be replaced. The layout of the home is great, and pool was a hit. We just caught a bad break on the AC. The property manager did do a good job in making it right with us.
