About this house rental
This is a wonderful desert home in PGA West and is a lovely vacation rental. The home is equipped with a private pebble-tec pool and spa. The outdoor patio is perfect for entertaining and the spacious great-room design blends the indoors with the outdoors. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 of them having en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with beautiful mountain views. The home is on the fairway of the Jack Nicklaus public course so you can swing by to say hello in the middle of your round :) This is also located perfectly for the polo field for all of the festivals. My wife and I recently stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is amazing (especially for golfers), pool and jacuzzi were amazing, the house was spacious and clean. Only negative experience was difficulty getting to the property as google maps will try to take you in the back gate of the property, which is not accessible by guests. Overall 5 stars!

Not exactly what we expected. Stayed three nights and expected the house to be a bit dated given the photos on VRBO, which was not a problem. However, what we did not expect was for the rugs, carpets and living room couch to be filthy (photos were sent to Jeff directly). Everything else was super clean and the pool was nice, but this left us feeling a bit disappointed. Jeff was responsive and apologetic and even offered to send carpet cleaners but that was the last thing we wanted while on vacation. There were also other small issues with the internet, cable and lightening, etc. Jeff assured us he was not aware of these issues, and I’ll take him at his word, but that doesn’t change our experience. A discount for a future stay was also offered but not a partial refund. Given the options at PGA West, probably won’t be back.
