Inside, Canyon House is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home designed around a private courtyard, with a U-shaped layout and gated entry. Large windows throughout the home fill the space with natural light, while French doors open to the courtyard and sliding glass doors lead to the backyard. The home features a generous living room with a wet bar, a large kitchen with a breakfast nook, and a separate dining room. Large windows throughout the living spaces offer beautiful views of the backyard and PGA West greens.

Outside is where Canyon House truly shines. The home features one of the largest private pools in PGA West, with a spa and an incredible view of the Nicklaus Tournament Golf Course’s 17th green. A covered patio offers a 6-person dining table, while multiple chaise lounges with umbrellas create plenty of space to relax poolside. The backyard also features a natural gas fire pit with additional seating and an outdoor wine fridge, making it easy to enjoy the desert evenings with friends and family.

We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.
We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.***

--- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES ---

1. As per City of La Quinta Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. The outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9 PM - 8 AM Sunday-Thursday and 10 PM- 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

2. Pool and Spa: Tenant will have full control over pool and spa features, including heating. Be mindful of pool and spa heating usage and make sure to turn off heating when not in use, as pool heating is expensive in Winter months.

3. $500 utility allowance provided per month for gas, electricity, and water usage. Any balance owed past the $500 will be deducted from the security deposit. $2000 security deposit required per month

4. Early check-in at 1 PM ($200) and late check-out at 2 PM ($200) are available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back-to-back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

5. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

6. No more than 4 vehicles are allowed on the property.

7. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($200/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

8. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.

9. Any missing or damaged linen, towels, or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
