About this apartment rental
Brand new light filled 3 bedroom with open floor plan in the heart of Lisbon. There are 5 Juliette balconies and a terrace. The apartment takes up an entire corner of the building’s 3rd floor. Located in a predominantly residential neighbourhood but within walking distance to historical districts such as Alfama, Graca, Bairro Alto, Chiado, Baixa, Se and Feira da Ladra and 5 minutes to the metro.The apartment is surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets , transportation and shopping. The unit is located inside a character filled building with original details but no elevator. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The unit is fully equipped with everything you may need for either a long or short term stay. Each bedroom is equipped with light blocking blinds and individually controlled AC/heating. This is our home where we stay when in Lisbon and it is not just a rental property. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator.

Although our visit was brief, the apartment checked all of our boxes. Located on a thriving street, it is a bright, cheery place close to public transportation, parks, groceries and restaurants. The beds and pillows were excellent.

This property is well situated within 5 minutes of the metro from where it is 5 minutes to the centre and 20-30 minutes to the airport. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well equipped.

We stayed at this apartment for 5 nights. This is a very nice and totally remodeled apartment. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The inside apartment is better than the photos on Homeaway. Weve enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. The owner has always been very responsive to all my emails and questions. Book this 5 Star apartment and you will be glad you did. Thank you Alexandra for letting us stay at your apartment.
