About this apartment rental
Spectacular, spacious and bright apartment located on the 5th floor of a building with a lift, a smooth wooden staircase, in a residential area of Lisbon, with capacity for up to 9 people. We also have a pac-n-play available if needed. This apartment is ideal for creating wonderful memories with your family or group of friends.
The apartment has two floors, a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a balcony and a small terrace with a view of the river and a charming Portuguese neighbourhood. It has 2 Double beds and 4 Single beds, with the possibility of an extra bed.
The apartment has high speed internet access, TV, air conditioning in the common areas and in the bedroom on the upper floor (hot and cold), central heating, towels, sheets, amenities, a hair dryer and an iron.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a washing/drying machine, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
Professional and sanitised cleaning with certified products, following the latest international hygiene guidelines.
The apartment is located next to one of the stops of the famous tram 28, a bus stop, and the metro. In the surrounding area there are various types of shops, such as restaurants, cafes, florists, convenience stores and local markets.
The apartment has payed street parking on the street.
We have in person check in or the option for a self check in also.

The appt was perfect. Lots of space to relax and the kitchen was well stocked. Lovely neighborhood with cafes and restaurants very close by. Most sights are within walking distance from the appt. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful appt in Lisbon!

This apartment was just as described! It's beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for our family of 5. The rooftop is gorgeous and has amazing views of the city.The location was great for us. We could walk to the market and there are restaurants all around. It's also an easy and affordable Uber ride to go anywhere in the city.There is an elevator in the building but it only holds one maybe 2 persons max so be prepared to walk up quite a few sets of stairs. We didn't mind it but it may be something to consider if you have mobility issues.Luis and his team were very helpful and communicative. They arranged a Tuk Tuk tour for us and a trip to Fatima. Both were awesome and our guides were great.Lisbon is a vibrant city and we can't wait to visit again. I highly recommend this property. We will be back!

The apartment was perfect for our- group large, quiet, all the amenities we needed. Especially thankful for the elevator and the extras that our host provided like a bottle of wine and washing detergent

This apartment was everything we could have wanted. Martin was a gracious host and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The apartment was spacious and had a lovely upper level with a balcony that boasted a great view. The apartment was located in an area near many restaurants and shops which was very convenient. Everything inside the apartment was perfect as well from the interior decor to the kitchen supplies provided. My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely, thank you Martin! We would recommend this booking to anybody wanting to visit Lisbon.
