About this apartment rental
Great view of Cruz Bay Harbor. Love City Penthouse Studio is the perfect escape. You will have breathtaking views of not just beautiful Cruz Bay, but, also, Caneel Hill and the outlying VI islands.
***please note that in March 2025, we put all new furniture in this unit, updated pics coming soon***
This penthouse unit features an outdoor covered balcony waiting for you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails before your short walk in to town to your choice of over a dozen outstanding restaurants. Please note our our penthouse studio is similar to a hotel room and has a kitchenette with a small size fridge. The unit also has a microwave, toaster, an electric skillet, and a Keurig Coffee Maker (byo pods!)
Spend your days on one of the islands’ 17 beaches, and explore everything the island has to offer. A short walk to the ferry dock and center of Cruz Bay is always filled with friendly, accommodating local taxi drivers who are always ready to take you where you want to be. This unit does not come with a parking spot.
Grande Bay is a great location close to all of the action, and easy walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shopping.
The penthouse offers full access to the tranquil pool and sun deck, as well as the air conditioned fitness center.
Take advantage of the many services that can be provided for you to enhance your love city experience whether is be a sunset sail, a day boat charter to the BVIs (via Sonic Charters who have the best company AND captains!!) , and in-room massage. Do not hesitate to ask about all that can be at your fingertips!

The studio was really nicely decorated and very clean. It also had everything needed for a comfortable stay, plenty of towels and toiletries and even laundry detergent! The location was absolutely perfect and was steps to downtown and the ferry. View from the studio balcony and pool area was absolutely beautiful. It was wonderful having a pool on site too. Staff was very friendly and helpful always and very responsive. We will definitely stay there again!

This was another enjoyable stay at the studio villa, which I've had the pleasure of visiting multiple times over the years. The location remains absolutely ideal for me and is one of the main reasons I continue to return.The recent updates to the villa are appreciated; the new furniture is a nice addition and gives the space a refreshed look. However, I have to say I miss the comfort of the old mattress. I found the new one to be less comfortable and would strongly suggest considering a replacement that provides more support for future guests.On the maintenance side, I noticed a couple of issues that impacted my stay. In the evenings, the villa was quite buggy, which seemed to stem from some large holes in the bathroom window screens. Replacing these screens would go a long way in keeping mosquitos and other insects out and improving the comfort of the indoor space.Grande Bay AmenitiesWhile the villa was mostly pleasant, the Grande Bay gym could really use some attention and tender loving care (TLC). The overall cleanliness and upkeep seem to have slipped. Specifically, the vents need a thorough cleaning and the carpet looks tired and should be swapped out for something cleaner. It would also be a great addition if the water cooler was consistently kept filled and cups were provided for guests using the facility.Overall: I still love the location and the villa itself.

This is our second time staying here, and the second time around was just as great as the first. You can’t beat the location. It’s a short walk to everything downtown Cruz Bay. It has a perfect view of beautiful Cruz Bay as well. They were very accommodating with getting us parking for our rental Jeep. 10/10 would recommend. We’ll be reaching out to book next year’s trip!
