Updated condo; Stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and counter tops. New light fixtures and beautiful white shutters in kitchen and guest bedroom. Brand new 2-seater and 3-seater couches with push button electric leg recliners, so comfortable!
All Snowbirds are welcomed, one of the persons renting must be 50 years or older. Fountain of the Sun, 55+ community with a gated and guarded 24 hour access, must enter at Broadway and Southern. Sorry very strict about no pets. Golf course is open to the public. Your own laundry room is off the back patio.
Resort Living at it's Finest in this 2 Bedroom /2 Bath condo that has a patio that overlooks heated community pool and spa. Very own gas barbecue. Lush green grassy area, with many activities to keep you busy in this popular senior community.

Loved everything about the place except mattress was not great for me. I'm used to memory foam, amd have back issues. This is just a personal preference but mattress wasn't comfortable for me.Everything else was great!

Unit was perfect for our two week stay in late November, early December. Joe & Karen were wonderful hosts and responded quickly to all of our inquiries. All of the amenities are top notch.
