About this apartment rental

This is a new condo with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms with a two car garage. Master bedroom has a king bed with a master full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and full bed with a shared full bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer upstairs in the laundry room. Downstairs features a living room area with a kitchen table as well as bar seating for 3. Outside is another great eating space with a BBQ.

The only factor that brought this rating down was there weren’t any smoke detectors. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star rating.

We loved this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. It had lots of space. I would definitely stay here again if we are in this area.

It was overall a nice place. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful. It wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. A trash can had not been emptied, soap dispensers were not full and the fridge was dirty. It would be great to have a new sponge to use for dishes. We also wish that plug ins were not used. The fragrance is bothersome. We had a hard time finding parking at times. However we had a top rack for travel so we were not able to park in the garage.
