The home has an open floor plan, the kitchen, dining, and living areas flowing together seamlessly, creating an ideal space to cook, dine, relax, and spend quality time together. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, while the comfortable shared living spaces offer plenty of room for everyone to connect. One of the bedrooms includes a bunk bed, making the home especially great for families and groups.
For guests traveling with recreational vehicles, the property also offers RV parking with full RV hookups, providing added convenience and flexibility during your stay.
When it`s time for some friendly competition, you`ll find plenty of entertainment for guests of all ages. Enjoy classic favorites like Tumble Tetris, KerPlunk, Guess Who?, and Yahtzee, challenge friends to a foosball match, or take a swing on the 2005 Golden Tee arcade game. - For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.
- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.
- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ & fire pit. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.
- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV`s in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.

- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to fines starting at $2,500.00.
- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.
- Strict “No house party” policy! Anyone planning to have a party should book elsewhere.
- All City of Mesa noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $250.
