About this apartment rental
3BR/3BA unit updated from top to bottom. New furnishings in the living area in 2025. New queen bed in back bedroom 2024. High end appliances and updated kitchen! Great deck furniture which is comfortable and will never rust! Enjoy our slice of paradise.
ALL NEW KITCHEN AND BATHS
We no longer have a soaking tub in this bathroom but do have a very large shower and a sprayer and bench.)
All our rentals from May-October will have front row beach service! (2 chaise loungers + umbrella set up for you daily)
Island Tower is the most luxurious condominium in Gulf Shores. It has only 65 units (3 per floor) allowing for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing sanctuary. This unit features panoramic views of the beach with spectacular sunrises and floor to ceiling windows. This specific unit towers above the all the other buildings allowing for truly unobstructed views for miles from the living room and bedrooms. The large balcony off the living room and master bedroom is truly breathtaking and a perfect setting for relaxing. The second balcony has beach views along with views of Big Lagoon and Oyster Bay. This balcony is directly off of the second and third bedroom.
This unit has been decorated in a style that is both luxurious as well as comfortable. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and beautiful cabinetry. In the living room you will find a flat panel TV with DVD. Great kitchen appliances. The master bedroom features bright new furniture, inviting master bath with walk in shower and double sinks. The walk in closet provides plenty of room for clothes regardless if you are staying a week, a month or more. There is a TV, ceiling fan and a fantastic beach view.
The two other bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors that lead out to a balcony featuring Gulf and lagoon views. These rooms have TV's, and ceiling fans. One of these bedrooms has a queen bed (brand new 2022) with a private bath, the other has two bunk beds with the bath in the hall.
Island tower is set-up for families to enjoy with an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, charcoal barbecue grill, exercise room overlooking the beach and gulf. In addition, families can enjoy a children playground and beach services where you can rent umbrellas and beach lounges by the day or week.
Island Tower is located on Beach Blvd just 1/2 mile west of Highway 59.
Quality restaurants and leisure activities are nearby.

The condo was very clean and everything worked and functioned. No issues, family of 6, bunks were great. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was ok. Property was clean enough. Property manager was unresponsive. Elevators are inadequate. Beach is extremely crowded. No additional supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, soaps. Would not stay again.
