We offer a charming two bedroom apartment at Condominiums Loma del Mar - a beautifully landscaped garden spot with banana trees, white ginger, huge towering trees and a pool that provides something for everyone with a shallow end for children and a large five foot deep section for serious swimmers. The complex is located two blocks up the hill from the pier in Olas Altas, an area referred to as the Romantic Zone or Old Town or sometimes simply 'south of the river'. Just eight easy walking blocks from the main center of downtown, Olas Altas is a neighborhood of bars, sidewalk coffee shops, cyber cafes and restaurants of all sizes and varying cuisine. But the landscaping and location of Loma del Mar make it a world apart from the nearby noise and hubbub.

We provide a totally equipped apartment...including cable TV, VCR, and a stereo accommodating both cassettes and CDs. The living room opens onto a patio garden with hanging ferns, impatience, and a few very unusual cacti. There is a table and chairs there that make a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning or read a book in the afternoon. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, toaster oven/broiler, blender, coffeemaker, gas stove with oven and broiler, and an array of spices and condiments for you to use. We can stop at the supermarket on the way in from the airport to shop for veggies and perishables. The liquor cabinet stays stocked...drink some and leave some...and there is even a collection of jigsaw puzzles and books. There is a king bed in one bedroom and a double in the other.

Maid service is provided three times a week by Lucila at whatever hour you choose. You are going to learn to love this woman. She is perfection personified. And she can understand your English although she will probably not speak it back to you. You will find an English/Spanish dictionary among the books if you need a bit of help.

This was our neighborhood for 11 years before we moved to Bucerias...and we liked it. Many times we find ourselves missing it and all the activity. So if you choose this apartment we will be happy to take you down on the street and have a drink or two and introduce you to the neighborhood.....it's fun. We can also help you with local tours and excursions.

There is off street secure parking for one vehicle.
