La Villa Palmier - Tropical & Peaceful Oasis - 3BR

My wife and I styed here for a month this spring. The house was as pictured and described. Furniture and beds were some of the most comfortable among all the places we have stayed in Mexico. Air conditioning was excellent. The two AC units comfortably served the entire house while our daily highs ran between 88 and 92 degrees. Shower, water pressure and hot water were all good. Eric's guide to the house is very comprehensive. There are also many restaurants and businesses within easy walking distance. Eric was an outstanding host. He quickly responded to our texts, checked in to see that all was well made sure that everything went smoothly. Great job.

Villa Palmier is located in a typical Mexican neighborhood, with all the pluses and minuses that involves. Expect lots of activity, children playing and the usual street noise. This is not a criticism, but something potential renters need to be aware of. For us, it was part of the charm.

Some dead bugs, lizard and ants found in the house but we managed them.

This Villa was bigger and much better than described! Full amenities, including A/C (not needed) with a clean full kitchen. Two full beds, 1.5 bathrooms, a really nice outer terrace, all fully protected for your safety and privacy. Not in downtown P.V. - but close enough - and was on the bus route. We will most likely stay again in the future. Host was very cordial, and spoke both English and Spanish. Promptly returned our deposit upon final inspection.

Apparently, the address is very difficult for UBER to find, as they canceled on me twice claiming they could not find the place. However the local taxi's (little more costly) did find me, just fine.
