About this house rental
This is an older family home with older furniture.
The kitchen has a full fridge, oven, and stove.
There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room.
All three bedrooms have one full mattress (guests have described the mattresses to be firm).
Two full bathrooms,
One bathroom with shower on the second floor. One additional bathroom with shower is on the first floor.
Air conditioning with ceiling fan in each bedroom and air conditioning in the living room.
Community parking, additional spaces around the location.
The home is surrounded by other close homes and neighbors. We ask our guests to respect the outside shared space with neighbors
Advise: Gas tanks (to provide hot water, oven, dryer, and stove) are located in the laundry room. The gas tanks may have to be changed during the stay if the gas tanks are empty. It can take up to 24 hours to change the tanks.
We do not resupply used amenities during stay (for example, garbage bags, toilet paper...........)
Due to the humid/tropical weather we have a company spray for insects once a month. There may be sightings of dead insects. For long term stays we will request for guest approval to provide access to the company to spray during the reservation (this is optional).
