Seven nights, Saturday-Saturday. Sleeps 10 people. 2 bedroom condo with Studio lock-off.
SIGNIFICANTLY BELOW MARKET, we rent just to cover our annual maintenance and VRBO costs. Professional check-in handled by property front desk--no lock box or tracking down owner.
Main Street Station is located just steps from the Lower Peak 9 Base Area and right on the south end of Main Street which places you right in the heart of all of the action Breckenridge has to offer. Main Street Station offers easy access to the ski area with just a short walk around Maggie Pond to the Quicksilver Lift located behind Main Street Station at the base of Peak 9.
This is a gorgeous ski in-ski out large condo in The HYATT building at Main Street Station which is professionally run and maintained. It is a 3 bedroom condo comprised of a large two bedroom with a full studio joining to make it the largest floor plan available. Two fireplaces, full kitchen plus small kitchenette in the studio. Fabulous multi-family ski in ski out unit. ALL THE LUXURIES of our BEAUTIFUL CONDO with all the hotel services of the AMAZING HYATT!
The two bedroom unit is a mountain lodge-style residence featuring: master suite with king-size bed with en suite bath and spa tub, guest bedroom with TV and full bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, sofa bed, premium entertainment system and washer/dryer. The adjoining studio features king-size bed, queen-size Murphy bed, fireplace, full bath with spa tub, kitchenette with stove, microwave, dishwasher and mini-refrigerator. The studio is ideal for a second family or teenagers with its own kitchenette and bathroom.
Guests at the Hyatt Main Street Station have privileges at the Pioneer Club for a host of hillside amenities including movie room, fitness center, pool and hot tubs.
Fantastic location, walk everywhere, no car needed (however, free indoor parking is available). This is a fractional ownership, so the pictures are representative of the property, but may not reflect the actual unit which will be assigned at the time of check-in. All units are decorated using the same decor.

We had a really great time in Breckenridge and loved staying at the property. Everything was convenient and completely worriless. The condo was super comfy, clean, and well kept. We couldn't have asked for more. Would love to come back!

We stayed here for Spring Break and it was wonderful. Walking distance to everything: skiing, hot tubs, shops, food, etc. Condo was great and kids loved access to the large movie room downstairs. Breckenridge is one of our favorite places to ski. We would definitely stay here again.

One of my favorite spring breaks ever. Condo was perfect for our two families plus kids. Walking distance to everywhere. Staffed ski locker storage was wonderful and I was grateful for the short distance to ski school and the lifts. Condo itself was outstanding with plenty of room for kids to play, functional kitchen and great views.

This is the best place I have stayed in while skiing in Breckenridge. Great views of the slopes, vaulted ceilings, beautiful master bath, excellent service. Will go here again.
