Nice was special on this Hotel
Beds was too low and not comfortable. Room too hot and you couldn’t change the thermostat.
The toilet paper finished and wasn’t a replacement.
Hand soap and Body wash almost empty.
I find a long string of plastic in the bathroom that shows that wasn’t cleaned properly.

Room was nice and comfortable with large room. Breakfast was good. Jacuzzi was exceptional and the ropes were amazing.
Having to walk so far and switch elevators to get to our room. Breakfast could be included, at least a continental breakfast.

Limited food options especially for children, paying hotel guests could not access the restaurant due to an event (felt discriminatory to hotel guests to be honest). Even the way it was communicated was not apologetic at all, just "oh no you can't go in there, but you can go out (in the freezing cold) to town or sit in the bar area where the event people are so loud you can't have any conversation. People in the adjacent room (858) were yelling at each other until 2am. I called front desk twice with no answer, then had to get up and walk all the way down to the lobby to ask for help. Despite hotel staff calling them, they didn't stop. Their volume went down a little bit, but voices were still clearly audible. I slept minimal hours of poor quality, woke up exhausted and unable to enjoy a day of pre-planned activities, so we checked out a day early. Front desk didn't even ask why we're checking out early - like they just don't care. Even though hotel staff called the people in 858, they did not follow-up with the 858 guests themselves to ensure they keep quiet, but instead made it my responsibility to monitor them and call back should they remain a disturbance. I think hotel staff should have gone up to room 858 themselves to sort it out and again to check that it remains quiet, just like I had to walk all the way down to get help because they didn't answer when I called twice. This ruined my stay. Support from front desk were lacking to enforce peace and quiet from other guests as basic good manners when staying at a high end facility like this. I'm sure the people in 858 got off with just a polite phone call, while I got a night of terrible quality sleep and a don't care attitude when checking out a whole day early.

We stayed here for the Bernese Mountain Dog Breck Parade and everything was perfect - clean, staff was unbelievably kind, breakfast and dinner there great, easy shuttle downtown, etc. We will be back!

Customer service was great. But the size of the room was extremely small for the price we paid. No gift shop. No concierge. Not very much information or brochures at hand. No vending machines. Need more tours set up in the areas.

We loved our room and view. The valet parking was very easy to use and the front desk staff was very helpful.
I wish there were more breakfast options available for earlier in the morning.

The elevator for the 9th floor. It was very confusing. It only goes to 7th floor then you wind your way thru the halls to the next elevator. A very nice lady from housekeeping personally walked me to the second elevator bless her soul.

Room was nice. Hotel was clean and a nice location. Eric at front desk was very helpful.
First room had no heat. Had to spend 3+ hours in the cold while staff tried to fix heating issue. They could not. Wife asked for a new room and staff member on phone said they could not help. They were not willing to go the extra mile to help us out. Finally spoke to Eric personally at front desk and he was able to find us a new room. Also, we were woken up in the middle of the night by a fire alarm. (not the hotels fault I know). Not enough staff members are fluent enough in English. They were not fluent enough during fire alarm emergency in the middle of the night. Did like getting charged for parking. That is total BS. Hotel has recouped their cost multiple times over already. Did not like the design of the hotel were you had to go from one floor elevator to another to get to our room on 8th floor. Who designs a hotel like that? Unbelievable.

Wonderful staff, very clean and modern hotel, nice rooms.
The bed was one of the worst beds I have slept on. Hard as a rock. We requested something to make the bed more comfortable, like a pillow top. They stated they believe they had some, but then never reached back out to us. On our second night, the AC no longer worked, the tv stopped responding to the remote and all the outlets around the bed no longer worked.

The hotel was very pretty and well located. The rooms were large and clean with nice facilities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The common areas were very smart and well decorated. The staff were helpful and friendly. The valet service was fast and proficient
Having to take two lifts was a bit frustrating and the corridors could be a bit of a maze. It would have been nice if breakfast was included.

The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room is spacious but the bed is very low. The shower was very nice. We enjoyed the rooftop hot tub. The bartender was very friendly and the barista provides ice for us with a smile as our ice maker was not working. The valets were very courteous and the hotel is a short walk to downtown.
The ice maker on our floor did not work we alerted them if this when we arrived and it was not fixed. The automatic lights in the bathroom were annoying. And the bed was very low. The ac would not stay at 68 degrees ( the lowest it would go). The repairman came to see if it was working and said that is how all Of the rooms are. The hotel provided us with a fan and that made the room more comfortable. We were given free breakfast but we did not stay as the person before us said no one had come to seat her and she had been waiting 10 minutes. There was no one in the restaurant. The employees seemed frustrated with the hotel and were not surprised with the items we said needed attention.

Beautiful hotel, big room, location, restaurant and bar was great. The bathroom was so pretty.
I booked a room with ADA bath facilities but it was not ADA-we ended up with a balcony upgrade so that made up for the error.
A/C didn’t work well at all and the room didn’t get as cool as we like-the heat even turned on one night, when it was already hot outside. Also didn’t like being forced to valet park and pay for it on top of resort fee. Limited patio seating-only room for 11 people, but plenty of lobby seating. We couldn’t get a seat outside like we wanted.

Booking.com misrepresented the room and so the hotel first gave us a king room w a pullout couch instead of the king, queen and pull out couch that was in the booking.com posting. This upset my adult son who owes traveling with and then we had to ask and wait to be moved
9.0 / 10.0
Very clean, friendly staff, nice facilities and location was great.
Room AC did not work, took several days before they were able to resolve and finally moved to a new room. If that didn't happen the stay would have been perfect. I will go back again.

The property has no AC the room was very hot and could not cool the room down below 90 degrees could not sleep Managment was no help. Told us just to use fans to blow around the hot air. They also told us that we had to change our own bed sheets and we had to get our own towels. No one from housekeeping could do that. The hotel itself is a mess stained carpets holes in the walls. The elevator did not work and we had to use stairs up 8 floors. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone in this condition and under this management

Location
No AC, was advertised on booking.com that it had AC! Staff didn’t speak or understand English which was problematic when my son got sick and threw up and we had to act out “vomit” and “clean up” to the hotel staff to get help.

The location
The hotel is a disaster. Carpets are destroyed, visible flooding in hallways, all amenities unavailable for guests. The worst Hilton I've ever stayed in.

Location
Everything but location. The hotel is under renovation. The hotel rugs throughout are disgusting. No A/C, tv didn't work and you have to switch elevators to name a few.

The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable.
With the construction going on the check-in was hard to find. Signage was terrible, parking next to impossible. Staff was almost nonexistent and didn’t seem to care about anything. The building was appallingly run down and filthy.

Nothing
The place was a construction project, not a hotel. We didn't know this was going on, until after we had made our reservation, and we were charged for the entire amount of our stay. Everything about the place was a disaster. Let me count the ways:
1. No public areas were open, no pool, no lobby/bar/restaurant, no hot tub, no anything.
2. No air conditioning, anywhere in the hotel. When we walked into our room, there was a floor fan in our room, going round and round (not an encouraging sign).
3. Full on construction/demolition going on everywhere.
4. Dirty, dingy, dark, awful.
5. Our room had no view. With only a few rooms being occupied (I guess other people were smarter than us, and didn't book there), I would think we could have had one of the better remaining rooms? But no.
6. Our room was up one elevator, then a 300 foot walk down a corridor (that was under demolition) to another elevator, then up that one to our floor. Every time we came and went from the facility, this was our experience.
7. "Breakfast" was crap.
8. The morning we were getting ready to leave, a "fire alarm" went off, so we had to rush out of the hotel much earlier than we wanted. There was no fire, no smoke, no fire trucks, no police cars, nothing going on. Just an incredibly loud and obnoxious fire alarm.
To summarize, this was the worst hotel experience of my life!

The price definitely did not match the value.
No A/C, had to keep window open for air but construction noise outside was horrible. I had to take 3 elevators to get to my room, and sometime had to wait so long for the main elevator. All this wouldn’t have been so bad if the price was appropriate to the inconveniences

Room was ok.
Hallways. Very slow 1 elevator dirty

That it was close by to everything in Breckinridge.
There was no air conditioning. The rooms were semi decent. We ended up with the king bed room but the air conditioning not being available made it miserable. The elevators sucked, everything was closed down because of renovation, the breakfast was mid, the staff was ok, and the parking was extremely tight and pathetic.

Nothing….should be closed!!! Unacceptable!
Horrible stay !!!! This hotel should be closed during its renovation, which we were unaware of until we arrived. There is no clear signage as to where the entrance is since the area is congested with construction equipment, drapped with painting tarps and wet paint on the walls, all as you enter down a makeshift hallway into a makeshift registration area where the desk clerk tells you there’s no compensation for this inconvenience & by the way, the pool & hot tubs are closed too!
So, stuck in this nightmare & taking the one small elevator we discover a dark and uninviting room with blinds that barely opened to let some light into this dreary room!!! It was very noisy with the dinging elevator and construction beginning at 7:00 am! The breakfast was a joke, not to mention flies buzzing around the pastries!
It is clear that the customers are NOT the priority of this Double Tree! They make NO attempt to improve their very disgruntled customers stay, as I witnessed checking out behind a group of displeased patrons! Never so happy to get out of a hotel…climbing over painting tarps, around ladders to get to our car and out of a small garage that had no exit where the exit sign was posted, was not easy! Will never stay there again and will advise anyone considering it to find a different place that cares! Spare yourselves the misery of Double Tree in Breckenridge!
JUST CLOSE IT DOWN!!!! 👎🏼

The location was great for getting to town and hiking on the mountain, the staff was also incredibly nice considering all the struggles they were clearing facing due to the construction and poor system they were dealing.
When we arrived, it took 45 minutes to check in because the system between the housekeeping and front desk was screwed up so they didn’t have a clean room for us right away. After a couple different tries they found a clean room but it took us 4 different elevators to get to due to the construction. We were aware of the construction ahead of the trip but weren’t offered any discount for how minimal we were offered. We don’t feel the full price of the room should have been charged with all that was missing from our experience.

The hotel is under renovation and you have to enter the building from the outside door of the parking garage. The front desk is temporarily located on the 3rd floor. There were no luggage carts close. The front desk attendant was nice enough to find one for us.

Very worn, Hilton was renovating, no notice on booking.com. No water when we got there. No air condition or heat. Fan was filthy, first room window lock was broke. Took 40 min to get hot water once it came back on. No amenities were available, overwhelming epoxy smell on one of the floors. Worst Hilton stay ever!!
3.0 / 10.0
Pool & hot tub were advertised on website & signage throughout the building, the pool hasn’t been open in over a year and the hot tubs were not available either. Breakfast was advertised, but there was no breakfast. With 3 kids we were looking forward to these amenities but we’re quite disappointed. The pull out couch was terrible, the pillows sucked and nobody slept well. The room was 77 degrees. We were told mtnce would have to fix it because there was only heat available in the room. The Hoyle was quite dated- which is no biggie to us. The bathroom door hit the toilet when opening.
See above……
Did like- location to town. View. The front desk people were nice.
