Had to go through a lot of hallways and elevators to get to the room and ice machine was not working

Close to Main Street. Excellent staff, especially the valet staff. The shuttle to the Main Street was very convenient. Very clean property
Only minor issue was the body wash was not replenished in the bathroom and was empty .

Nice was special on this Hotel
Beds was too low and not comfortable. Room too hot and you couldn’t change the thermostat.
The toilet paper finished and wasn’t a replacement.
Hand soap and Body wash almost empty.
I find a long string of plastic in the bathroom that shows that wasn’t cleaned properly.
