Our 15th Floor Unit is located at Gulf Crest Condominium on the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Complete with two large pools, TIKI pool-side bar, hot tub, kiddie pool, exercise room, and much more.

CONBAR PROPERTIES purchased this unit in late fall of 2017 and have been managing properties on Panama City Beach since 2009. We own and operate all our units. We are completely accessible to our guests 7/24. Our other units can also be viewed on VRBO/HomeAway using these listing numbers: Treasure Island (419083, 244216) and Seychelles Resort (328240).

The unit includes FREE protected WIFI and CABLE. The living room boasts a large 60" television. Televisions are provided in all bedrooms.

Beach Service will be provided free to our guests from March to Mid-October. This includes two beach chairs and an umbrella laid out on the beach for our guests. See rental agreement for details.

The PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEE includes Clean Fee, Damage Waiver covering up to $1500 in damage (see section on DAMAGE WAIVER FEE) and Office Processing Fee. Additional damage protection can be purchased through VRBO. It DOES NOT include the property registration fee which is paid directly to Gulf Crest (see below).

This 2 bedroom unit that sleeps 6 persons comfortably; King in the master, queen in the guest and a stacked bunk closet.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, coffee maker, blender and even a waffle iron. It includes a utility room with a large stack-able washer/dryer. Gulf Crest boasts one of the larger patios on the beach and we have provided plenty of furniture to sit out and enjoy the view.

The view is spectacular from just about every room in the unit. The master bedroom, great room and dining room all front the Gulf of Mexico.

Gulf Crest has 24 hour Sheriff security available, and is a gated condominium facility accessible with a provided code for your privacy and protection.

BEWARE OF SCAMS: THIS UNIT IS ONLY RENTED OUT VIA VRBO, HOMEAWAY and its Partners or by direct contact with the owner. WE WILL NEVER ADVERTISE THIS UNIT VIA CRAIGSLIST OR ANY SIMILAR CLASSIFIED ADS.

BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2023, the new registration fee for ALL guests will be fifty dollars ($50.00). This fee is levied by and paid directly to Gulf Crest Condominiums. There are several ways to register, print their parking passes and pay their registration fee! Guests can register from home, at our lobby kiosk or in our office when they arrive!

Should you choose to register from home or in the lobby, simply go to https://gulfcrestcondominiums.com/checkin/. This page there will be two options: "Check-In at Lobby Computer" or "Check-In Remotely." The password is 2020.
When the password is entered a very simple registration form will pop up where you enter your unit number, name, email address, number of guests, contact number, rental company, and check in and out dates.

Please NOTE that regardless of how you decide to register, you must go to the main office and obtain wristbands for your stay! They are silicone wristbands that do NO have to be returned upon check out.
