The property was situated a short walk from the beach, kid-friendly play areas, and top-notch eateries. Underground garage parking was convenient and the condo was tactfully decorated. Downsides were that we had some critters for houseguests, the neighbors were noisy, and off-street parking was tricky. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay!

The unit was comfortable but had several ‘flaws’ which surprised us:
1- no kleenex nor shower soap or shampoo
2- fireplace remote didn’t work despite my purchasing new batteries
3- remote driveway gate was very finicky and rarely closed completely so it was often open enough to walk through. Also, it closed on our rental car and scratched the door because it closed too quickly.
4- There were no instructions for the tv’s each of which had 3 remotes(I had to text the owner to figure out how to get them to work).
5- I also initially had difficulty getting the furnace to heat the place which was quite cold when we arrived(also required texting the owner).
6- We found it curious that despite the request to take short showers & conserve water, it took an inordinate amount of time to get warm/hot water from the bathroom faucet & showers which, of course, is a huge waste of water!
Regardless, the place is very well located, nice, comfortable & quiet. There are several good restaurants and coffee shops within a 2-3 block walk, and the beach is very close.
