Guest Policies and House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please be aware of the following policies:

- Group Size: The maximum number of guests is 12. An extra person fee of $30 per night applies for each guest starting with the 7th guest.
- Age Requirement: The primary booker must be at least 26 years old.
- Prohibited Activities: No smoking, no pets, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted on the property.
- Safety Notice: The bunk bed ladders are used at your own risk.
- Wildlife: Beware of bears and other wildlife in the area. Do not leave any food in your cars or outside the house.
