The space
With five spacious bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates large groups. Four bedrooms feature plush king beds, while the fifth is a bunkroom with two sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds), perfect for kids or extra guests. The primary suite includes a luxurious en suite bathroom, while two of the king bedrooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The bunkroom has its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. Additionally we provide 4 twin, roll-away beds that can be set up however suits your needs.
The game room is a haven for fun and entertainment, featuring a massive 75” smart TV, foosball, air hockey, and an arcade table. Whether you’re in the mood for an exciting match, a nostalgic arcade challenge, or a cozy movie night, this space is perfect for bringing everyone together.
After a day of adventure, unwind in the outdoor hot tub, where you can relax beneath a canopy of stars while taking in the breathtaking mountain and valley views. The home boasts multiple outdoor spaces designed for gathering and relaxation—sip your morning coffee on the deck, enjoy al fresco dining with loved ones, or take in the vibrant hues of a mountain sunset. Everything was great except someone came and sprayed for bugs so the kids couldn’t go outside and play at prime playtime for 3 hrs and one of the game room items we could not get to work. I would still rate this a 5/5 as nothing in life is perfect and things break and bugs must sprayed for at some point in life.

This was a great location for an active trip with family and friends. We mountain biked, hiked, walked around downtown and enjoyed Iron Mountain Hot Springs. The views from the house are spectacular!

Overall, we liked our stay in this house. It's great that there is a hot tub outside and a grill, a closed garage. The house is large and will accommodate a large company. But the house does not seem cozy, there are no decorative items at all, as in the photo. It would be great if there was at least tea, coffee, cream in the house, we usually encountered this when we rented different houses and apartments.
