About this apartment rental
I have a studio apt a block and a half from the Cape Fear River and located just steps away from all the shops and restaurants that Wilmington has to offer! Walk to the new Riverfront Amphitheater!!Fully stocked kitchen w brand new appliances. Cable TV and Wi-Fi. Secure building with laundry and a reserved parking spot is included. Beautiful white sand beaches are a short ride away! Walk out your front door and everything is at your disposal!!

The place is as good as the reviews say! Clean, welcoming set up by the host with many thoughtful small touches that others neglect. The best location in the city. But don't be afraid of noise; it's surprisingly quiet. The size was not an issue for us. Much better than any hotel, and with better usage of space and better appointments. And, as many others have said, having reserved parking in downtown Wilmington is worth its weight in gold. Finally, Jack may be the best host we've ever worked with and we've taken a ton of trips. Thank you!

If you want to stay right in historic Wilmington. This small, 2nd floor by stairs only, locked in fortress with full kitchen offers that. The bed was horrible, memory foam on a metal frame with orange lights shining above all night. Couldn’t sleep and woke up sore, both of us, both nights. But we enjoyed the location. Not staying in our unit.
