Modern 1BR apt in the heart of downtown Wilmington

The property location is amazing…just a couple minute walk from the riverfront and close to everything downtown Wilmington offers. Had morning coffee at Hidden Grounds a few doors down, walked to restaurants, took a sunset river cruise just a 5 minute stroll away, and spent a relaxing hour at the corner bookstore. The unit was beautifully clean, well decorated and stocked with all the necessities. The unit seems to have been recently renovated or updated; the kitchen, furniture and bathroom all feel fresh and modern and obvious thought has been given to the comfort of guests. There is paid public parking directly across the street and also a block or so up the street. The unit host/owners provided excellent communication and clear instructions on what to expect. As a single older woman, I felt very safe and had no issues. Definitely recommend.

It is a second floor unit; there are 24 steps (I counted!) Thankful for a granddaughter’s help with luggage.

It was the best appointed accommodation we’ve ever had. They thought of everything and the kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked. Comfy front room large bathroom and the kitchen had everything you could need.

Cannot think of one thing!

The apartment was comfortable and cozy. When we walked in, we could smell the apartment had been cleaned. The bed was comfortable and they supplied everything we needed.My husband and I liked it being downtown because everything was in walking distance and it was quiet in spite of being downtown.

The only downside was the apartment being on the 2nd floor. We had to tote our luggage upstairs.

This is our second time staying at this location. My wife and I love the location, the apartment, and the hosts are great. We look for availability at this apartment every time we travel to Wilmington to visit family. The place is great!
