About this house rental
This home STR number 0254 was built in 2014. It is clean, comfortable and in the heart of downtown Salida. Walk to all activities - shopping, eating, art galleries, antique stores. The arkansas river and riverside park are 1 block away. Kid friendly, pet friendly! There is an additional pet fee if you decide to bring your pet, so please include "pet" in your reservation , along with number of adults and children! This home has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds), there is a blow-up queen mattress that sleeps another 2. There are 2 full bathrooms. The master bath has a soaker tub and separate shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and everything you need to make home cooked meals. There is an outdoor patio area with a bbq grill. There are 2 off-street parking spots and room for other vehicles on the street on a first come, first serve basis.

Easy to find, modern clean interior. One tenth of a mile from our destination. Parking for 2 vehicles. Clear instructions on expectations.
