Two bedroom condominium at Popular Princesa De Penasco Resort
Excellent location in C building, at the center of the Resort. Below you is a large, sparkling swimming pool, with chaise lounges and a jacuzzi. You are also steps from Colin's Cantina, the great little bar/restaurant right on site.
With comfort to spare, this unit has all of what is needed to make your stay complete. The kitchen offers lots of cookware, dishwater, along with large and small appliances to really have the comforts of home while on vacation. Conveniently, there is a separate utility room with wash sink, and a washer dryer as well.
The living room brings together a wooden dining table for four, with a sofa and chair near the sliding glass doors. Outside is the shaded patio, with its dining table perfect for enjoying the Resort.
Both bedrooms have King sized beds, and the master bedroom faces the ocean. Here too you will find a private bathroom with shower and vanity sink.
The Resort is a long time favorite with vacationers looking for a relaxed and tropical feel in a Rocky Point getaway. The grounds are large with palm tree lined walk ways, many BBQ grill areas, sand volley ball and Bocci ball courts, and three large swimming pools. Enjoy the on-site day spa, as as well as Manta, the new swim up bar.
C 201 is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor of the C Tower. This condo has an ocean view with accommodations for up to 6 guests. The living room is furnished with a green sofa and a love seat that has white embroidered palm tree cushions. The room also includes a cedar wood coffee table chest, matching end tables with lamps and a large cedar wood double door cabinet where the TV, DVD, VCR and CD player are stored. In addition the condo ahs high-speed wireless Internet and cable television. You can watch your favorite shows and email or FaceBook your friends and family. You can reach the terrace through a set of sliding glass arcadia doors off the living area. In the dining room, there is a beechwood table with painted green trim and four matching chairs.

overall the place was nice. it could use some refurbishing. a couple of the chairs on the patio are in pretty bad shape.

The unit is close to both the beach, pools, and hot tub. A restaurant is in the resort so no car is needed to dine there.
