Entry Key didn’t work and had to spend the first night sleeping in the car until we were able to contact someone to come out. was told we would get reimbursed for the first night! Still haven’t received anything, Bow properties who manage the property say it’s Bookings.com that deal with that, Bookings.com have informed me that they have tried to make contact with the property but no reply so I won’t be receiving a refund! Piss poor!

beds were stiff as bricks. bathroom smelled of mildew even with windows cracked open daily. remote selectively worked when pressing the buttons extremely hard. water only ran in shower at blistering hot temperature.

a mat in the bath would be good it was very slippery getting out.

Clean.amd comfortable. I used to stay in hotels when visiting but this is definitely a more comfortable experience.

Rubbish under the bed from previous occupation and it was very noisy

The flat wasn't properly clean. A picture was broken and fallen off the wall. The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. The equipment was cheap and minimal. The general impression was that it is being run for maximum profit for least amount of input and effort. Very unloved!!! Just a business no human input.

Very hot weather so we had to leave windows open -as a result we discovered a very noisy social club next door (late night karaoke and noisy patrons leaving it) Flaky DIY in bathroom Towel rail and toilet roll holder were loose and the towel hook/rail kept jamming the door when you tried to close it

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment to get email saying I bedroom emailed to confirm as needed 2 bedroom to then be emailed back and told yes it is a 2 bedroom get there it was a one not impressed

Well equipped and comfortable. Very good value, comparable price to a room in a travelodge but with all home comforts and conveniences, having a fully equipped kitchen was the main draw for me.

Clunky interface between your booking.com website and app. So many emails and chats just to get basic info. Not a slick process at all. Compared to Airbnb it was a horrendous user experience. I also didn't appreciate being charged £39 more for booking via your app than the price quoted on your non-functioning website.

I have been staying with my partner on dates 06 June – 09 June 2022 at 5-7 East Street – Flat 6. We live in Andover but we were having a bathroom fitted during this week so we have decided to rent a property for most of it this week. To stay away from all the chaos, noise and of course we needed a bathroom. We have checked in after 6pm. From the entry to flat the whole place stink of cigarettes. We are both non smokers so that was a straight away a downfall. You could notice that place wasn’t cleaned after last use : floors were dirty, shower cabin was covered in hairs, sink in the kitchen was mucky, no bin bags, crumbs on sofa, filthy microwave, kettle was just disgusting with layers of scale inside. There were various stains on walls and radiator. On top of all that place was in a state of falling apart – wholes in the kitchen floor, which felt unsteady to walk on. Blind in one of the windows was half falling. There is a cracking on walls, windowsills and ceiling. Loo handle was coming of the wall. All of that just made me sick. Beside all this we had 2 single beds not 1 double. I have complained. So next day someone has come in to clean the place without our knowledge which has upset my partner. We were not informed of this and we value our privacy. However, the place still remained half cleaned. On the last night I have attempted to use a shower. However the water was coming out boiling hot and the dial to turn it down did not work. The main purpose of this stay was to have a working bathroom. From the beginning of this stay we had not relaxed at all. In fact we have decided to go home after work and leave early in the morning to have a cup of tea and stay in the property for shower and sleep, which wasn’t possible on the last day. I have spent quite a bit of money on this stay. Plus the deposit that was taken on day 1 of which I was informed it will be only taken if is necessary and they only need bank account details.
