Location is great. Near tram lines and lots of other means for transport. Almost in the heart of Cracow Old town. There is a 24H reception so you do not to worry about the keys.

Nice beds and good location
The rooms couldnt be darkened due to the blinds. In case you want to stay in this place you need a sleeping mask. The receptionist the day we arrive couldnt speak in english. So the communication was quite difficult.
