Breathtaking views of the most gorgeous sunsets on Lake Martin! This beautiful Ranch style home comes complete with bedding, kitchenware, furnishings, towels, etc. All you need to bring is your swim suit! It has 5 bedrooms plus a loft with 3 1/2 bathrooms, and can sleep 12+ people comfortably. Comes with Internet WiFi and 3 Smart LED TVs for streaming to help you enjoy your time at the lake even more! The flat lot is very large and is private from the neighbors. Easy walk to the water! It offers 155 feet of water front with a boat house, containing life vests, 2 Waverunner/Jet Ski docks and a boat dock. It has a large great room with amazing views, nice large outside deck, and granite countertops in nice, open kitchen. Comes with washer and dryer, and all gas, electric, water, and trash pickup is included. There is no doubt that you will have a great time if you decided to stay at our lake home! Can be used for family vacations, relaxation, weddings, reunions, etc.

Loved the property! The communication was the best! I will stay here again. Nice place to park a boat and seadoo. We jumped right in the water from the dock. There are steps by the wall for easy access in and out. There is also a latter on the deck.

The house was great for our two families with kids ranging from 2-9. The bunk room with the loft was great for the kids. The access to the lake was easy and convenient. Our 22’ boat was easily able to be tied off to the dock. The kids really enjoyed jumping off and swimming off the dock.

We thoroughly enjoyed this lake house. It had everything we needed right there at hand. Plenty of room for large families together plenty of bathrooms amenities all amenities on the lake were great..
