About this house rental
Summer House is a pet-friendly holiday home w/ a balcony at the center of Tagaytay City. It is fully equipped and furnished. The property is located at the back of the Our Lady of Lourdes Church and Ayala mall. Very accessible to restaurants, malls and banks. 5 min drive from the Tagaytay Rotunda. 2km from Sky Ranch and Taal Lake is 9 km away.
Amenities:
1. Bedroom 1: Double sized bed with 4 pillows, duvet blanket, air-conditioned, LED tv with cable and cabinets with hangers. Extra floor mattress available.
2. Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with pull out bed, 2 pillows and 1 fleece blanket for each bed, cabinets with hangers, clothes iron and iron board, air-conditioned.
Extra floor mattress available.
3. Living room: Wooden day bed and ottoman chairs with throw pillows.
4. Comfort Room: Hot and Cold shower, toilet, bidet, bath towels and basic toiletries.
5. Kitchen: 4-seater dining table, 3 burner gas range with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, rice cooker, cooking pans, cooking utensils, electric kettle, Coffee maker, Cookware, Dishware (plates, glasses, cups, fork & spoon) and utensils.
