A Genuine Telluride Treasure - You would never guess that this lovely space exists in the middle of Telluride! Completely renovated with high-quality finishes, this three-bedroom/two-and-a-half bath is tucked away on Columbia Street in the historic Miners Union. Just a block from Telluride's main street, Colorado Avenue, Miners Union #11 will delight you after a fun day on the mountain or adventures in our area.
The spacious great room area is perfect for family gatherings and helping the group chef season the meal. Whether the input is welcome or not, the large flat screen may veer some unwanted help away, but be aware: It is a smart TV with no cable. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The large dining room table is ample enough for all nine guests. The kitchen has high-end finishes.
The King Master Bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a steam shower, perfect for any season in Telluride. For convenience, the vanity has two sinks. Cozy up with a book and dream sweet dreams from this spacious master suite. The first guest room has a queen bed, and the second guest room has a Captain's Bunk with a twin over a full bed and a twin trundle, sleeping three comfortably in this room. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combination. There is a large laundry room with room for skis and boots with an exterior door to Pine Street. This condo comes with one on-street parking permit. We cannot guarantee any more than one permit for this condo.

This beautiful apartment in the basement of an historical Telluride Historical building is GREAT.
Location is 4 walkable blocks from the front gate of the Telluride town park (Blues and Brews Festival)..!
Very close to dining, shopping, pubs and entertainment.
The interior space is brand new and fully updated. Tile, Wood and Carpeted interior is all new...granite countertops in the Modern, Spacious Kitchen..!! Very comfortable, roomy and NICE..!!
Location alone is ideal...but then to be so nice as well...Really Extraordinary..!
PS....Steam Shower in the Master Suite..5-Stars..!!

We loved our stay at A Genuine Telluride Treasure! The location was fantastic, and the property was exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay there again next summer :)

Steam shower, roomy, clean, location. I mean it doesnt get much better at all. This place was amazing and as advertised. Oh, i didn't mention it, but heated floors will be one of the things i miss the most.

Loved this property. Fit our party well. Only concern for us was that the bunk beds are designed for small people and we have very tall people.
