Large 2 bedroom 2 story townhome close to town and gondola

The place is a 2/2.5 and comfortably could sleep 5. Has all you need for an amazing stay in Breck. About a 6 minute walk to peak 9 base Quicksilver Chair. Highly recommend!

I was a little hesitant to book this property because there were no reviews yet, but rest assured that everything in the condo is as pictured and described, and we got a phenomenal value for how close it is to the slopes. The Quicksilver lift is a sub-10 minute walk away, Main St. is even closer, and there is a liquor store and grocery store a 3 minute walk away. The place was very clean and the towels and linens were of great quality. The mountain views from the Master bedroom and the balcony are stunningly beautiful. There is a stackable washer and dryer to make packing light a possibility, and we didn't cook anything but the kitchen had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. The water pressure in the master shower bordered on too high - my wife said she had to shield herself when she was facing the shower head as the water pressure was so strong. The only thing that I would add to the listing is that only 1 parking space is available at the condo complex, so plan accordingly. Two of the people in our group had to cancel their rental car and take a shuttle instead due to the parking situation. The pullout couch is very uncomfortable but it was better than nothing. Also, the check-in process would have been a lot better if the condo management company would use the lock box that is on the wall outside the unit, but unfortunately you have to go downstairs to check in and get the keys. The office is very close to the unit, but it seems lazy that they don't put the keys into the lock boxes that are located outside of each unit. For after hours check-ins you have to enter a code on a lock box outside the management office which contain envelopes with keys to a whole bunch of units. It seems this could be a potential security risk as well since anyone with the code to the lock box could gain access to the keys to other units. Overall, we would definitely stay again - Kathy is a wonderful host and communication with her was always prompt. We had a great trip and would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay close to the action in Breckenridge.
