Very clean, and spacious. The kitchen supplies were a tad shy. No food storage for cooked items and no measuring equipment or cleaning supplies. But overall very nice.

The check in process was easy to follow, super simple and efficient. All the information we needed was provided prior to us arriving in Breckinridge. The unit was in need of some TLC. There was a broken tile on the floor that could have caused injury to my toddlers and we had to park our stroller over it to try to avoid getting hurt. The carpet was in desperate need of cleaning but the bathrooms were clean. There was no grill in the complex even though the listing said there was a common grill. Location was great! We were able to walk to the gondola, shops and most restaurants.
