This is a fashionable and modern one story 1200 square feet townhome. It is beautiful, bright and fully furnished located in a small gated community in an ideal location at the corner of Cook and Fred Waring.
There are two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living area, dining room, kitchen and two car garage. This home has been recently updated. Freshly painted, new granite countertops in the kitchen and master bathroom, and new furniture. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. This home has a washer/dryer. All linens and towels are provided. Sleeps 4 people comfortably.

We stayed at this comfortable spot for the month of March. The entire check in process was seamless. Tamara was most responsive to the few questions we had. The unit is located in a smaller and very quiet gated community with pool and hot tub very close. We used the hot tub daily and it seemed like our personal spa since no one else was there. The gated community is located next to palm Desert High with magnificent sports fields. We enjoyed watching the Aztecs ball games weekly and walking to a choice of grocery stores. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to return if we are in the area.

We spent 3 months here and enjoyed everything. Clean and convenient! Nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood in small gated community.
Close to stores and right by a dedicated bike lane. Civic Park is beautiful and El Paseo shopping is close.

This home is very clean, quiet and safe. We enjoyed the location being close to great restaurants, shopping and other venues. We loved spending time at the pools and walking he neighborhood. We also enjoyed the use of “Alexa” to listen to music and were able to watch programs on Netflix. This property far exceeded our expectation and the price was so reasonable. We hope to return for another trip soon.

This was a great find. Very comfortable, well decorated, clean, and quiet. The location is excellent, close to everything in Pam Desert. We loved eating dinner outside on the patio then taking a soak in the hot tub. We also played pickle ball and tennis at the community courts. It’s a fairly small complex and people were friendly. Nothing bad to say. We definitely will try to come again.
