Welcome to Sea La Vie — Unit 606, where comfort meets coastal style in the heart of Mariner’s Club, Key Largo’s most sought-after, resort-style community!
This spacious 3-story, 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhouse offers one of the largest layouts in Mariner’s Club, with over 2,600 sq ft spread across three levels for added space and privacy. Clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked, it’s a well-cared-for home designed with comfort and functionality in mind. Whether you’re sharing meals, watching a movie, or sipping morning coffee on one of the balconies, you’ll find everything set up for ease, relaxation, and connection.

- Fully licensed with the State of Florida DBPR
- Short-term rental agreement must be completed before arrival (names & ages of all guests required for security access)
- Reservation must accurately reflect the number of guests in your party

Boating guests can take advantage of the 43-slip full-service marina, accommodating vessels up to 60 ft (available at an additional per-foot, per-night rate). Slip reservations must be arranged directly with the Mariner’s Club HOA — contact details provided upon request, or you can easily find them by looking up 'Mariners Club HOA' - choosing the Marina Slip Reservations prompt and making an inquiry via DOCKWA.

The host was wonderful. We were traveling just after a record snow fall in Ohio. Veronica was so understanding and accommodating. It was also colder in Key Largo than it had been in a year. Heat was quickly turned on. The amenities at this resort are amazing.

This is an excellent townhouse, and the Mariner's Club has a lot going for it. Very impressed. Definitely recommend this rental, and this resort.

The property was well maintained and cleaned. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. She was so knowledgeable and quick to respond to all my questions.
The only issue really pertained to security. When security is "checking the grounds" which they seem to do often, the front gate would be locked and it would be 5-10 minutes of waiting in our cars before we could get in. There's no key pad or fob for ease of access.
Also, there's a strict two car parking rule. This rule is understandable for not wanting a crowded complex, however, there's no policy or procedure for more than two cars. We had 10 people staying in a condo, 3 teenagers and 7 adults and had three cars between us. I would be surprised if this hasn't happened to other guests. If the parking and security situation has been better, I would have rated 4-5/5 stars.
