The condo has two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and small futon, the other having a queen bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Beautifully updated kitchen with custom cabinets and granite counters, all nice appliances, dishes, utensils etc. The 3 full baths have also been renovated.

Walk in to town for dinner, seasonal festivals and activities, sand volleyball games or just a cup of coffee on the seawall while you watch the sunset.

Great view (except power lines). The outrigger race went by. Great walking location to town. Great bed in master. Not so great, lumpy couch. Could use some instructions with tv, or maybe it's just island Spectrum. Nice deck. Corner unit does have a lot of street noise. AC units need cleaning. We cleaned the master filter. Didn't use others.

The condo was great! We had a beautiful view, easy walk to town shops. The property was quiet and so clean, no cockroaches. Management was super quick to respond to all my questions. I would absolutely stay again!

Well, the property was a little less than our standard accommodations in the mainland of the US. I was very surprised not to have central air conditioning and to have small air conditioning units in every room for that to be said it was a very adequate property. I guess we are not there just for the room. The home was located very close to down And the views were OK mostly obstructed but OK. The property maintenance was OK at best the pool condition had algae growing and grass growing out of the tiles. All I can say is Adequate At best. Again, we weren’t there for the room. The beds were quite comfortable. The TV service is OK but location and property essentially located very good thank you again. We enjoyed our trip.

The lanai was wonderful to sit and watch the water. The beds were comfortable. Our only disappointments were that the pool was having an upgrade maintenance for half of our stay. Arrived at 1:30 am. Opened the door to an awful odour. Condo is old and smells. Furniture and carpets smell and need cleaning or replacement. Needs thorough deep cleaning. Management Company is aware. Location is great, within walking distance to downtown Kona. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The photos do not do it justice on how large this condo is! I was there with 18 year old son and his friend and we all our own space. The location seems like it could be a bit of a walk into town but its not. Its super close! There is a trolley that runs along the waterfront, currently its free! Makes it easy to get to busy spots!

First time on the Big Island, and this was a nice find in Kona. Plenty of room for our family of four (including two teens). Having three bathrooms was great! We also loved the big lanai that allowed us to enjoy to fresh air and a nice view of the ocean. The location might be the best thing of all. Right on the southern edge of town, which made for an easy walk to shops, restaurants, farmers market, etc., as well as quick access by car to other parts of Kailua-Kona. Only 20 minutes from the airport, and otherwise, by foot or car, nothing was more than 10 minutes away. Convenient, clean and easy! We'd stay here again.

We stayed at this property the end of Jan 2022. Communication with the Manager/s was easy and very responsive. Check-in was super easy with a code. Loved the underground parking spot and the location. A few min walk to restaurants/stores. The property was extremely clean, spacious, and relaxing. We loved the wrap around lanai. Spent the mornings with coffee and the ocean view. 2 spacious bedrooms. The Master included a pullout couch for an extra twin size bed. A pullout full size bed/couch in the living room. The kitchen was just amazing! All the appliances you need, a washer and dryer (stackable so not large capacity), dishwasher. Hair dryers, extra towels, beach chairs, some children's water toys... So many extras! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone!

This was our third and longest stay in this same unit (over 3 weeks). Obviously, we really like this unit. Its close enough to the ocean that you can hear the waves crash on the beach and right on the edge of town so we can walk to all ouf our favroite resteraunts and bars. One corner of the big lanai is close to a road, so there is occassional road noise from that spot. Its a good tradeoff for the location! Its a very short drive to Safeway, Walmart, Target, etc. and an easy drive to to Costco if you take the senic upper highway! C. J. Kimberly property management folks were easy to work with as well.

A great condo in a the heart of Kona

This location sits in the center of Kona. It's a bit of a drive from the airport, but makes up for it by being within short driving distance of the Kona beaches. The 2 bedrooms and futon comfortably fit a family of 5 adults for approximately 2 weeks vacation. The individual A/C units in the middle bedroom and living room provided much needed comfort at night, but we couldn't get the A/C unit working in the furthest bed room. Hopefully the property owners can get it sorted out. The kitchen had all the storage space you need to cook and eat at home if you're looking to save a dollar and eat in. However, the only good spot to sit 5 people around a table is outside. This made dining a tricky affair the table is a bit oversized for the balcony and forced us to put it at an angle so we could comfortably sit all 5 of us around it. The view from the balcony was lovely though. Being on the 2nd floor gives you a look out to the pool and a good view of the ocean. Being on the far end of the building also means you get a bigger balcony that wraps around to face the ocean. Overall, 9/10. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was in a perfect location, just a short walk away from the lively downtown area where there were plenty of restaurant options, shopping, and a small local market held in an open parking lot nearby. The view was amazing from the balcony; we enjoyed having coffee in the mornings while we took in the gorgeous landscape surrounding us. Also, there is plenty of seating on the balcony! The full kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals when we felt like staying in. The air conditioning in all the rooms were much needed for the hot outside temperatures since there wasn’t much wind to provide natural cooling. Having a designated place to park without the additional daily fee was a huge perk, as well. We also took full advantage of the pool area, which also has BBQs available and although we didn’t utilize them, I love the availability of them being there. I have nothing but great things to say about this place and can’t wait to go back! Five stars all around!

Great location and property. Enjoyed being close to town and the YWAM campus. Very nice pool. A/C not super efficient in living area so in summer months it’s pretty warm but bedrooms stay nice and cool. Bedding could be a bit cleaner, but that could just be me. Over all we had a great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It looked even better than the pictures! There was plenty of room for a family of four and the third bathroom was great, when you have two teenage girls. The condo was adequately stocked with everything we needed and the location was ideal. We walked to restaurants and shops. The only negative thing was having to leave!

Wonderful condo, with everything you need. Nice lanai and poolarea. Close to restaurants and “downtown Kona”. We had a wonderful come back to Kona and Big Island, where we explored everything worth to se and try. Whale watch, Helicopter ride. Snorkling. Waipio valley. Black sand beach. Volcanoes. Submarine. Spinner dolphins. I can deffenitely recomend the condo and Big Island of Hawaii. Mahalo.

We were a party of six: three boys, 2 to 10 yrs old, their parents, and a grandmother. The unusual -- but very fun -- floor plan allowed each generation to have their private bathroom and space, with all sorts of connecting doors, both inside and outside to an oversized lanai. Adults appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher and a huge fridge-freezer; the washer and dryer; the sunset drinks on the lanai; and the tandem parking space that could accommodate two cars. Boys enjoyed playing hide-and-seek in the multiple rooms and closets; collecting fresh plumeria flowers each morning to offer to their mother; and having access to ice cubes from the fridge: we had to closely monitor them! Everybody appreciated the short walk to downtown, the numerous beaches, and the relaxing pool. We all want to come back soon.
