You rent the entire house. Please, make yourself at home.

• Private barbecue with great table and outdoors living room
• Parking for multiple cars
• Max. capacity: 5 people (4 ideal)
• 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and bidet
• Apple TV in main bedroom and in living room
• Aircon in living room
• Fans in both bedrooms
• Fenced and illuminated property
• Outside shower to wash the sand off
• It's not a container construction.
• Alarm with response, surveillance cameras and bars in windows.
Included in the price:
• Bed linen and bath towels
• Beach chairs and parasol
• Free High Speed WiFi (20 Mbps/2 Mbps)
• An additional fee is automatically charged after 3rd guest
Not included in the price:
• Use of water and electricity.
• After hours check in and check out: with prior coordination and subject to availability.
Take into consideration I might not be staying in town, but I'll be available 24/7 on my phone for anything you might need.

Amazing place with a beautiful and comfortable house.
We spent two nights here and it was a pity we could not stay longer.
Close to peaceful and wonderful beaches and José Ignacio .
The host, Santiago is an attentive and helpful person.
As you can read in the description ideal place to rest and find peace.
