Localização muito boa, perto do Fresh Market, farmácia, lanchonete, posto de gasolina e razoavelmente próximo da área do farol de José Ignacio, das lojas e das praias. Região possui bastante área verde e é sossegada para dormir.
O local merecia uma reforma, pois tem potencial para dar mais conforto ao hóspede, especialmente a cama, que poderia ser maior, por exemplo. O wifi precisa melhorar um pouco. A porta do banheiro (de correr) poderia ser trocada por outra que desse maior privacidade durante o uso. Há um pouco de barulho dos quartos vizinhos por causa da estrutura de madeira, mas nada que atrapalhasse o sono na hora de dormir. No mais, o local é muito gostoso.
