About this apartment rental
Get extra FREE time! Check in as early as 9 AM and out as late as 9 PM and enjoy more vacation at no extra cost. With COVID Free practices we are trying to do our cleanings the day before you arrive and the day after you depart.
You will truly feel like you have reached a special oasis, as you enter the incredible tropical grounds with fountains, ponds, paths, cabanas with gas BBQs, 2 pools and 2 jacuzzi, full workout room, large practice putting green and gated condominium complex. Our unit has one of the better locations on the property. You do not have to cross the parking lot to get to the pool and beautiful fountain area. You can even enjoy the sound and view of the fountain from looking out our patio to the side. (Not a direct view).
Location: Close to everything: 3 miles to ASU, under 10 minutes to Sky Harbor Int. Airport, Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix. Papago park is across the street. The botanical garden and zoo are on the other side of Papago park. The ASU baseball stadium is easy walking distance, (just down the street).
Enjoy the comfort and charm of this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo all on one floor. All the conveniences you will need for a week, month to year stay. Enjoy your own private free Wifi service and digital cable through Youtube TV.
In the kitchen you will find all you will need to entertain and cook anything from simple to gourmet. It is stocked with a blender, toaster, microwave, kreuig coffee maker, several different sets of dishes and glass ware to choose from, all the pots and pans you will need, along with measuring cups, cheese shredder, knifes, lemon and lime juicers, bake ware and more.
Off the kitchen you will find the laundry room. There is a full size washer and dryer with hooks to dry clothes on if you desire.
Both bedrooms have large walk in closets and tub/showers in each bath. You will find a king bed in one bedroom and 2 queen beds in the other bedroom. Please message for exceptions to 4 people max.
We recently installed the best water filter you can buy on the market. The water out of our faucets is better than water you can buy bottled. It has a ph level of 8.5. It takes out the bad chemicals and leaves in the good nutrients and it has a pure clean taste, (unlike water with no filter in AZ). You will not need to buy any water for your stay.
This unit is on the second floor in a three story building. (At times, you do hear some noise from above. This noise is not in excess, but we want you to know it's not a perfectly quiet unit. We also ask that renters be courteous of the owners below with soft walking and no loud parties.)
The living room area has 2 comfortable couches with a large coffee table and a large flat screen tv and a wireless printer. The dining table sits off the living area and kitchen area and has seating for 6 people.
From the outdoor patio, you relax in comfortable chairs and hear and see the the fountains and lush landscape that gives the ambience of a tropical island.
PETS: unfortunately due to the condo association and due to allergies, we can not accept pets of any kind.

The room was exactly as described. Our friends stayed in the master bedroom and said that it was very comfortable. My wife and I stayed in the guest bedroom. The two beds filled the room from wall to wall. The bedroom closet is the first I've ever seen with a comfy chair inside.All the other rooms were great. The kitchen had everything that you would expect from your own kitchen. It was a bonus that it had a regular drip coffee pot and a Keurig. We did not use the washer and dryer, but they were there to use.This is a second floor unit. The stairway is not very wide and there is no elevator. However, we had no problem using the stairs every day.The pool is a very short walk from the unit. There are plenty of places to sit around the pool and there are numerous bbq grills and tables to enjoy a meal by the pool. We mostly enjoyed the hot tub, which was quite warm and the jets were awesome.The parking stall is covered, but beware of the post, as you snuggle your vehicle into the stall. I didn't have a problem parking, but some may have difficulty.This unit is very near Papago Park and a short drive to Tempe, where we enjoyed dinner one night.There was an issue with the building water supply, however, the owners did a great job keeping us informed of the issue and once resolved, the rest of our stay was uneventful.We stayed here because the guys played in a senior slow pitch softball tournament. If we play at Papago in the future, we would love to stay here again.

Our condo was very spacious, clean and supplied with everything we needed. The hot tub was great. We enjoyed our balcony too. The location was fantastic… close to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again.

First off our hosts were exceptional before and during our trip. They were readily available for any questions we had and had lots of suggestions for us.
The grounds were lovely. Well maintained, the pool and gym facilities were great.
The unit itself definitely needs updating.
The area was central if you had a vehicle. The light rail is a 25 minute walk and the bus was a 5 minute walk. There really is very limited restaurants or shopping within walking distance which the hosts do specify.
